I ordered a Galina Gown that I fell in love with at David's Bridal and it was discontinued and they didn't have my size 10. So I searched on the internet and found this place. I received the dress a couple months later and it was a knock-off with beading that is subpar, it's not even the rigth color, and the details are way off. I tried working with customer service for full reimbursement and all they say is I'm sorry, and are wishy washy. There contact # is not one they answer and they're email is very unprofessional with no contact information. They are not willing to work with you.
I've never dealt with anything like this. It's really sad. I'm heart-broken.
