Great Idea but poorly managed.
You need to train your locations better and let them help customers not blame them for not knowing how your Company runs.

This includes a personal training session with each new location that joins the iPostal1 network. I ordered a power wheels remote control for my little boy on the 5th of November and they claimed it would be here on the 9th of November and now they can't even find it.
