I ordered a Britax Frontier from the site about 1 yr ago, before they ran into such terrible troubles with their credit card processing company.
I had nothing negative to say about my experience. At the time I ordered, my seat was back-ordered, but the owner kept me posted on when my seat would ship.
I loved how the proceeds went to Kyle David Miller Foundation & always referred people to the site.
It saddens me greatly to see what's happened to the site & as a small business owner myself, I really feel for her.
I hope that things get straightened out.
