I made the mistake of ordering something from here with a prepaid gift card. The item never arrived. I had to FIGHT with them to give me credit on the site since I no longer had access to the gift card. Finally got the credit, bought something else, arrived and was 2 sizes too small, had to pay out of my own pocket to return it. Bought something else, it arrived, but is nothing like the pics or description and I wasn't going to waste more money to return them. Used to last couple of dollars to buy some fancy hair pins, and they never arrived.
These vendors basically steal your money. Butthe worst part is that LITB does NOTHING about it, does not protect us as customers. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! Worst mistake I ever made.
