This site is part of jiasell.com.
You get a spam email message from a friend pretending to be a link to this site. Except that your friend didn't actually send it, their email account somehow got cracked and now spam emails are sent to all contacts in their list. If you click on the false link in the email (which looks like it'll take you to ebartk.com) it takes you to jiasell.com. All of this is very shady behavior. Stay away.
