Item wasnt in stock but i wasnt informed of this until i had sent an email to customer service asking for the status of my order and two days went by. Then i received a notice saying it had shipped and 3 days later i find the item is now ready for ups to pick up and has not been sent. Had i known this i would have gone elsewhere to spend my money. I expect a website to list an item as out of stock if it isnt in their inventory and at least to be notified right after i place my order.the fact that i had to contact them to find this out is what bothers me the most.
