Ordered some shoes in a promotion. Was stated that it would "ship within 1 week" - that meant 7 business days, not literally a week. I was LIED to by customer service when I inquired about what was taking so long when the 7 business days had passed. I was reassured that they had received the shipment of product, and were processing it.
Fast forward 2 days. I log onto my BTR account, and what do I see? My order has been cancelled - for no apparent reason. Instead, there's a credit in the amount of the order. I NEVER received a single email about the cancellation, and I DO NOT want a credit. I want a full refund. As of right now, BTR has stolen over $100 from me. I am hoping to have this resolved instantly, or I will file a claim with my credit card company. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Stay AWAY from this company.
***UPDATE*** Got in contact with customer service - they issued a full refund to the method of payment. However, I was LIED to earlier this week by them - I was told that they had received the shipment of product to their warehouse, and were processing it. However, this new customer service rep I was speaking to about the refund confirmed that the supplier had never shipped the product as they couldn't fulfill the order, hence why it was cancelled. So, I was literally lied to - at least I'm getting my money back.
