This is litterly the worst site I have ever used in my life, I read through the site before using and they claim they help solve matters if you have been ripped off (THEY DONT) I also made sure to use a vendor with good reviews etc long story short ripped off with no help from dhgate at all they make you jump through so many hoops wich I did at least 10 times then In the end no help worst online site I have ever used.
