Sent all verification items requested played several times when I finally won they did not want to pay out keep coming up with excuses and no real support other then email which always gives the same answer we are working on the problem. Too many choices for on line casinos to waste your time and money on this one. Always read the reviews I guess had I done that before signing up I probably would not have signed up for sure

Three months and no item they just keep extending the time for delivery so they don't have to give me a refund! Save yourself the time and aggregation don't bother using this site!
