So I ordered a pair of booties 10 days ago and my order has been "on hold" since Monday last week. I emailed their customer service dept and was told that my order will be shipped within 3-4 business days of placing the order. WRONG. My order still has not shipped and my husband is beyond pissed. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ELSEWHERE!!!!
