Be prepared for slow delivery time and inferior quality with pictures that look so much better in color and fabric than the actual item. I suspect they are using pictures from other manufacturers and are knocking off items.

1 Long delivery time: is stated on the webshop pages, as well as on the email with the invoice: 1-4 months varying, depending on the product. Especially the wooden products (and some rare products, such as carbon stands for saxello, contrabass flute, contrabass trombone) are handmade to order only. The long waiting period is the result of the popularity of my super light and compact carbon instrument stands, and the fact that I have a one person business. More clients request updates on shipment, but are happy to wait and looking forward to use our products after I answered. After shipment of this particilar stand, well within the 4 months period, it took USPS as well as US customs during the Covid-19 troubles two and a half month to deliver it. Normal PostNL /USPS shipment would be 10-14 days. The delay came as a complete surprise to me and some 20 of my US customers. Only Mr Maier does not accept that this is not my mistake. I do not use this shipment method at the moment, at least as long as Covid-19 in influencing a lot of processes world wide.
2 The picture presented shows “something” but I cannot see exactly what. Never ever did I suggest the client was lying, never did I suggest nothing was wrong, never did I reply unpolite, despite his “direct communication style”. Client shows it to everybody, except to me. He demands replacement or refund without giving me the possibility to inspect the product, before making refund or replacement. I don’t expect a lot of traders would be happy to do otherwise.
3. I have no issue whatsoever dealing with feedback on my products, that’s how I get new ideas for products, or insentives to improve existing products. In fact, I invite my clients to write me about possible improvements that could be made. Never did I state that I will not replace or refund, the only thing I ask, is having the product in my hands and assessing what could very well be a grave mistake from me. I do have returning goods from clients that are not happy with their purchase. They send the product back to me and I refund, simple as that. WoodWindDesign has had one return in 2018, zero in 2019 and 2 until now in 2020.
4. I do have a lot of positive reviews, I have not been able to work on the backend of my website the past days, but I will clear the way for his review to be published, as this one negative review probably adds to the credibility of the others. I have never blocked any review.
5. The offer of inspecting the product still stands, but I need it in my workshop.
