Reached out to their customer service and they said its free delivery so they don't track the shipment. It can take anywhere up to 60days! If I knew, I would have ordered from elsewhere. Not much to say other than it all went very smooth and the product is performing as expected. Was nice to have the Tech Support and Customer Service chat service available so I could ask questions before making the order. The chat is a very helpful feature not found on many sites.

“Amazing service”

Amazing service. I dropped my computer and had to get my drive replaced. These guys recovered most of my files from the failing hard disk, installed a new drive and installed my operating system on it. My laptop repair bill was very reasonable. I can trust this service to my friends in Toronto area. I also received a follow-up call two weeks after making sure all was working well. Thumbs up!

I too have had the same problem with a StarTech BEZELWRKIT. StarTech themselves tell me that they do not stock or supply it anymore though pconestopshop advertises it in stock and then says it is on back order. Do what I have done. Give them a warning of seven days then sue with MONEY CLAIM ONLINE. It costs £25 but they have to pay it together with what they owe you. You can add interest as well.

“Not tech savy”

Company sells computers via Amazon and they are not smart enough to know the difference between an Active Pen and a regular stylus. When called out on this their response was, "oops, sorry, guess one of the other sellers changed the listing." They then refused to honor the original listing and seemed genuinely confused about what an Active Pen is.

My personal experience says that working with their competitors like Advent is better than working with these people. A couple of employees I knew have left within a matter of months.It's not how a company should be run. The CEO seems to be a problem as employees fear the person. It's written on their faces.
