Then they told me that the "two day passport delivery" is from the date they get an appointment at a passport agency! *******@331112 placed 2/4/20 was received, debt card charged, got email confirmation stating it would arrive in 7-10 days &... Crickets... I email the company on 2/14, NO RESPONSE. So as many other people have before me are forced to do, I must refute the charges with my bank, file a BBB and NY Attorney Gen claim. Good times! 'Let my mistake be your warning.

List products as in stock that they cannot provide. Fully aware that supply chains have been disrupted by the global pandemic. This company has the worst customer service, and you will not receive your order. They post on their website that their items are in stock and will ship out within 3 days, but when you actually call to confirm they will tell you it's 4-5 months out. Stay away!

They offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee because they know that you can not return it! The website makes you believe you are ordering from California. It actually comes from Canada... so if you need to do a return it will cost more than the umbrella to ship it back.
