Update Finally got contacted by Rachael and received tracking through Etsy. Dress is on it's way (I hope) Truly the strangest and most frustrating purchasing experience I've ever had.
“I was too trusting and/or too stupid”
Based on a number of vintage clothing and lifestyle blogs I purchased a dress from this site on November 24th 2018. Still have not received dress. After two months I contacted Hannah through her website she did not respond. So then I made contact through her ETSY shop Fifty-seven Cherry and she responded saying she was sorry about the delay. She gave me a new time frame for completion and delivery but did not follow through. On Febuary 25th I wrote to her again through Etsy "Hi Hannah
Where's the dress? If you can't get it made and mailed in the next two weeks refund me please. Though I'd rather have the dress."
She responded "It's actually being completed now. Do you want me to go ahead and issue the refund?" I stupidly said I'd rather have the dress.
On March 5th she contacted me through Etsy convo telling me her site server was down and that she didn't want me to wait any longer and asked me for my mailing address, said she'd provide tracking number through etsy conversation. I provided my address and have not heard anything since then March 5th. I contacted her again on March 24th and April 2 and April 2nd finally 4 hours ago.It is now April 8th. No response no tracking number no dress. And Im out 160$ USD. I am angry and I feel stupid for being so trusting and letting her string me along like this.
