I normally order pocket calendars and used to order the yeartext banner and plastic book covers, bookmarks, pens, and return visit binders. Employees are rushed through training and you have to be able to learn fast and get up to speed quickly. You need to learn to handle multiple tasks. There are just so many things going on and a ton of work to do. Sometimes it's too much, especially if you are a beginner. Overall, aggressive and demanding work environment with unrealistic immediate expectations.
