We at Houston’s Auction Barn strive to do the best we can for all of our customers. In the 5 years we have been in business we have successfully completed 100’s of sales comprising 1000’s of in house customers as well as 100’s of consigners (people who sell through our auction and estate sales).
We have done a fantastic job for these customers both buyers and sellers.
We have grown rapidly and have had some growth issues and have had a few things fall through the cracks to our dismay.
Have we been 100%? No we have not! Our goal is to achieve this and now that we have all of our records computerized it will be much easier to attain this goal.
We strive to rectify all of these issues in a timely manner. It does however take time to facilitate some of these as it is time consuming to pull files manually and copy each ticket that was hand written from the old auction standard.
We have since gone to a fully computerized system which will eliminate the previous issues we have encountered.
We are working in now to correct any issues with customers who have had issues and will continue to do so.
We understand that some of these issues are our fault but also understand that some customers have unrealistic expectations.
