Im sorry that you have problems with your setup of SER/CB. But belief it or not, we are always working on the tools to improve and fix issues. We are not ignoring requests or bugreports as you might see it.
That we used "http" to parse google has several reasons: One is that it is faster and was not handled as a suspicious request. If you think this is changed lately, we can of course update this and you can as well without our interaction as it is all editable. We will closely review this and maybe update the default search engine file on next update.
If you think that certain platforms like SMF don't perform as well as they used to, then please share the URL with us so that we can improve things. We simply can not monitor all sites of a platform on the internet. If something changes, we are in need of notifications like these to update things. Thats why we have a forum and till now, noone send us any bugreport about SMF.

Also the issues with Captcha Breaker are not known to me. If a certain captcha type can not be solved, then most likely it is new or you changed something on the settings. Simply send us the URL where this captcha appears. You can also add it easily yourself as the software comes with an SDK.
Anyway, we are doing all we can to keep the our software tools updated and I think this 1 star rating is not fair. It would be much easier to contact us directly to solve your issues.
