“Stay away. Dangerous! Killed my computer dead!”

Their product replaced my win RAID driver with some random IDE driver, I was unable to boot after that. BIOS changes don't affect drivers in windows, so I couldn't fix the issue. I've contacted company 4 times, they never replied. It's a scam business, stay away.

This program would not log our progress, would kick my son out randomly and then would lock him out of using the account. I thought that he was making the errors so I tried myself and ran into the same problems. When I called the company the customer service was terrible. I do NOT recommend.

SCAM ARTISTS. You pay but it doesn't completely fix anything and when you contact SUPPORT they act like they have no record of you and basically ignore you. They don't seem to have a home office so you can't report them to the Better Business Bureau like most companies.

I ordered a printed book late October and asked if it was guaranteed to be there by Christmas and they said yes. When I emailed them 3 weeks before they said I have to wait till it was exactly 30 days before they could deem it as lost. Drive Time doesn't inspect the used cars they purchase for resale. And they will go as far as to fire an employee for telling you that the warranty will cover it all. I had to force them into the repair and an still out to this day over $700.00 dollars. I don't care how bad your credit might be... they are not your only opinion.

This is the same company as "domain registry of Canada" droc.ca They have been caught doing domain slamming. Where they use the who is info on a domain to contact a huge amount of people and try to trick them into using a horrible over priced service. Their prices are up to 4 times the prices of other registers. Be informed and don't get scammed!
