Tip for consumers: Sending emails you get a pretty quick response from customer service. After your watch has been shipped don't expect them to answer an email. You will need to call if you want to exchange the watch you purchased. They will push you to exchange rather than get a refund. Be cautious that any watch over $5000 is subject to a restocking fee even though in big letters all over the website they say they do not charge a restocking fee. You need to click on that and read the fine details, I did not.
