It is a scam site they charge you $9.00 to get your message across to to congress. They took my petition down from this site so now I am out $9.00.
Falsely claim that you will get free shipping on their website, then when you check out the free shipping miraculously changes to pickup in their warehouse in a completely different state. Don't waste your time and the hastle it take to get your credit card company to cancel the transaction.
Be very careful - using this site means sending your money to the Cameroons, although it purports to be UK based. If you try to buy a dog on line, and they say they will use this site to deliver your pet, forget it. I have researched this so called company and they don't appear to exist.
If you enjoy being gouged and taken advantage of then this is the vet for you. Specifically Vet Vanessa Burghart. 1st time we had a cat with a cold, instead of giving meds to treat it we went thru a whole process of unnecessary procedures and tests which cost us over $500 - now we got with our dog who has a UTI and she again wants to do a whole bunch of tests over $400 - I asked for antibiotics, she said no, she said "I'll give you antibiotics if we go thru the proper channel" she says that I was refusing care. Meanwhile she's refusing to treat a patient. (as per COV) If you don't want to pay her outrageous estimates she will ask you to sign a waiver saying your refusing care. This vet is ridiculous and money hungry, There are many more affordable and honest vets. CVO complaints are always a good idea. If you continue to go here avoid this specific vet. We've spent over $15,000 on our pets at this location (major surgeries) and this was the thanks we got. Awful, Awful place. Our family has taken their pets here for over 15 years and this is what is becoming of vets, just money hungry. If they cared about pets they wouldn't ask for treatment refusal waivers to be signed. When your not actually refusing treatment?! Manager of this location is just as money hungry so complaining to her is useless. They just lost 7 pets of ours as their customers. I don't call them patients because Pet Vet dosn't treat pets with that respect. You treat them as dollar signs.

They just "stole" money from the Visa card without any connection with them. "They won't pay back", they say. Criminals! This is a police matter!
They have several locations but the only one I've been to is in Stoneham MA. It used to be filled with helpful people but now it seems like the new manager is a horrible person who everyone new working there are afraid of her. She is mean to customers and just yesterday told me she wouldn't give me a coupon or offer and honor the competitor pricing on a product I've been buying for 2 years there. Not only that I simply wanted a 2 dollar savings! Thats it or i would take my business elsewhere after 2 years and she just did not care. Also the brand of dog food i buy offers 10% savings every time you purchase their raw food and after speaking with the company they ask the store to honor the 10% discount if customers ask. Thr Manager refused to do it for me and instead wanted to lose a longterm customer who buys a $34 dollar bag of dog food every 12 to 14 days! She also told me she did not care about losing my business. Literally. I don't know who the regional manager is for MA or if there even is one but boy did they ever make a bad hire. She just caused me to take all of my business somewhere else after 2 years. I know she is at least 2 weeks into her job there but I've never been treated so poorly by a manager in any retail store.
Used these twice now. Won't be bitten a 3rd time. The quality of there inverts is shocking. The last one I bought was so dehydrated it drank from my finger, another died 48 hrs after buying. When I told the shop, I got told well we had had it for weeks and it was ok, it must be something you did. Lies as they ordered it in for me, and I collected within 48hrs. I have 20 years exp in keeping inverts, do not use these they have no idea how to look after them, and what's worse, they don't seem to care. Check their Google business page, similar report, but for mammals. It's there don't care attitude that gets me. Any animal deserves basic care and attention.
Story on same day shipping has changed three times. After being told the oitem shipped FOUR days ago (Iordered the item 6 days ago!)- I received an email indicating the shipping label was just generated and I will receive the item in 2 days. I tried to cancel my order and was told i could not since the item was shipped THREE days ago! Dishonest in their practices.
UPDATE January 13th, 2018: I originally spoke up highly of the Pet Medical Center, especially for saving my Chloe's life as she has Addison's Disease. But in recent months I started mouthing off to them because my dogs records had gotten messed up, I had to fix that. At the same time a friend's $100 they had donated for the percorten shot Chloe had needed for her Addison's as my friends help me to pay for those, had been lost and it was like she hadn't paid in the $100. She had to wait until getting her credit card statement and then show that to Susie, the accountant and manager there who is a greedy b... I've had to deal with that Susie a few times. They had gotten alot of new vet techs in recently and seemed to have changed some of their policy as they told me one that I've never heard of before in all the years I been there. To which I got after them about that too recently. I then received an email a few days ago stating that they will no longer provide me veterinary services that I need. I had reasons to complain. And they should have told me about that policy when it came into effect, because I never heard of that policy before. It would cost me more money that I felt they were doing as a ploy to get more money for themselves. As I've said, that Susie is greedy. Anyway, they kicked me out only days before my Chloe NEEDED a percorten shot for her Addison's. I had to hurry up and round up a vet because the percorten shot is due on tuesday January 16th, 2018 and it is now Saturday, January 13th. I read the email on January 11th, 2018. I gave them so much over several years. I was nice up until they started messing up on things and so many new vet techs came in and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. And then they quoted policy which I never heard that one before in all the years I was there. I swear it is a new one. So much changed there in recent months. They said I am too rude to the staff. Yeah, well I am if they don't know what the hell they are doing. So many great years there and then this happens and I am thrown to the curb for my attitude. I stuck up for myself. I do reviews alot and talked up alot about them. I'm going through some of those reviews I did on other sites and changing them. They can't hate me anymore than they do now.

The last few times that I purchased bulk bird food here, it was so infested with bugs and huge amounts of cob webs that I cringed. I only go here now if I absolutely need to, but the foods that I use are out of stock 50% of the time. A few years ago I fed five of my birds bulk food that I had purchased there that day. Within 24 hours, I had FIVE DEAD BIRDS and a $2400 vet bill. I called the store and spoke with the owners wife who said that he would call me back. I was very nice and did not accuse anyone, but he never had the decency to call me back. THIS OWNER OBVIOUSLY ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND NOT ABOUT YOUR PETS. HIS EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE TALKED TO OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS DO NOT LIKE HIM AT ALL.
On June 19,2012, our beloved Labrador dog, Ashley, had to be euthanized due to invading cancer and pain. On June 20,2012, arrangements were carried out for a "Witnessed Cremation" to be provided by "Sacramento Pet Cemetery" (SPC). I made arrangements for the cremation the day before Ashley was euthanized to prevent additional pain and suffering. I contacted Tammy at SPC. Their website showed a lovely well groomed landscaped grounds and well kept buildings. I was assured this was an actual photo of their place of business. We agreed to a "Witnessed Cremation", so we would be assured that we received only Ashleys remains. The service was to take place at 10:30 the next morning. Tammy promised me she would be there at that time to ensure all went as promised. Upon arrival, my husband and I did not see what was shown on the website. We saw a graveyard overgrown with weeds, the buildings dirty and run down. Furniture was covered with old ragged blankets which we were afraid to sit on. We were met, not by Tammy, but by a young man, named Ray, who appeared nervous and unsure of what to do in what order. He took us into the "viewing area", A room approximately 4 feet by 6 feet containing an old table where our beloved pet lay. Ashley looked horrible. This was not the Ashley that I had left at U. C. Davis Vet Hospital, after euthanizing, with a serene posture and closed eyes and mouth. No! Ashley lay with dried bloodstained gauze under her mouth, which was open in a grimace, or snarl pose and eyes partially closed. I will forever have that as the last memory of my beloved pet that I raised from 6 weeks to 14 years. This upset us so much we could not continue viewing her. I mentioned to Ray that it was upsetting for us to view her like that and rather than clean her up and repose her, in a more dignified serene posture, he simply made the statement, "I tried to clean her up earlier", with no effort made to rectify the situation. We then went forward with the cremation as we could no longer look at our pet. We were escorted about 20 feet to a garage with a garage door that held one cremation oven. When Ray went to get Ashley from the "viewing room", he did not put her in any box or anything just brought her to the oven, removed the old blanket that was on her and put her on the cold dirty oven floor. Seeing Ashley laying that way was beyond what I could handle and I left in tears as the oven door closed. I was prepared for her to be put in an "oven" but I felt there should be some type of separation from her body and the oven floor, such as a paper liner or wrapping to keep her body from contact with the dirty floor, giving Ashley some dignity. As it was, the process showed a lack of caring about Ashley and us, her "parents". Upon returning about two and a half hours later to pick up Ashley's remains, Tammy was then present with another family. I spoke to Tammy about the situation with Ray and our unhappiness with the way Ashley was handled due to the fact Ray had not been trained properly. Though we feel he did the best he could under the situation he faced alone. Tammy did not explain why she hadn't been there as promised, though I asked about it, nor did she respond to the fact that Ray was not adequately trained to be given this responsibility. Her only comment was "I will talk to him about the gauze". I would never again use this company. Everything, from website photos, assurances over the phone, assurances and the actual service was not as promised. We were left upset and angry during our time of grief. Our Ashley was not treated with the dignity she deserved, nor were visualizations taken into consideration when presenting our beloved Pet for "viewing". She was left as though she had just been "hit by a car" and put on a table for us to see. I will never forget how awful our Ashley looked, thanks to the services of Sacramento Pet Cemetery. On March 12,2016 Sarah of Sassy Styles, a mobile pet grooming service from Rutherford, New Jersey, came to my home to assess my dog Rafa. He is a bernedoodle with a long coat. We both agreed that he was matted and had to be shaved down. When he was finished, I noticed some red marks on various parts of his body and Sarah said this was normal and that he would be fine. The next day I noticed that Rafa was constantly licking parts of his body: especially his scrotal area. By the evening he was clearly showing signs of discomfort and pain. He was frantically licking himself and whimpering. I called my vet the next morning and brought Rafa in right away. My vet said it was razor burn which developed into an infection, so Rafa was prescribed 2 types of antibiotics along with an Elizabethan collar to prevent further licking. I phoned Sarah the same day and she seemed genuinely sympathetic and offered to pay for his vet bill. The bill was 290.00 and I sent it to her. After not receiving the check 3 weeks later, I texted Sarah and asked her if she sent it out. She replied no and that it would be going out soon. I waited about 2 weeks and texted her again about the money. I never heard back from her. I knew at this point that I was not going to be reimbursed from Sassy Styles so I posted a review on Yelp.com Sarah replied on Yelp the same day. She posted that she phoned my vet who told her that Rafa's infection was not due to her shaving him and that she left me a "detailed message" on my cell phone resonating what the vet's office allegedly said.(anyone is welcome to read her statement on Yelp) I phoned my vet's office and they said they never received a call from a Sarah of Sassy Styles. Nor did she ever leave me a message on my voicemail. In the age of texting and computers, it does not pay to make up falsehoods; especially if have your own business. I urge anyone out there to be wary of this pet groomer who is located in Rutherford, NJ. She caused my dog much pain and suffering.
Get royaly mucked by Rogue royalty and customer service 'specialist' (not). Confirmed my order and took my money. 5 days later nothing. I emailed them "wuddup"? Oh! We don't have it, you can exchange or backorder. Doh! When were you gonna tell me and are they really my only options. Oh! We were gonna let you know today honest, and whatever makes you happy?. Then I was completely ignored for 2 days and all my following questions ignored. What followed was an extensive 50+ email fight to get my money and shipping back, facing ignorance, arrogance and nasty. Maybe try and confirm they have your item first or take a gamble dealing with these not royal Rogues who treated me like some 'peasant'.
Received an e-mail from them stating that my cat's picture was a semifinalist in their contest and I could order a book for just 79.95! Asked for authorization in writing which I sent to a PO Box twice. Got returned as "Undeliverable as addressed". Thankfully I didn't send any money or a credit card number. As the saying goes, "If it looks to good to be true, it probably is!" My advice - Don't bother!
I think if maybe everyone contacted the F. B. I they might be able to help maybe not get our money back but help other people. They told me if they had enough complaints they would look into it.

My husband bought a 2014 Silverado from Premier auto in April and had for not even a month and when it rain here my husband was coming home from work and the power sterring got wet now with newer models it's underneath the truck and when you buy a vehicle they tell you it's under warranty or 3000 miles which ever comes first and the company told my husband that it was neglagence on his part and would'nt pay anything when they should of Paid something, so lucky for us the insurance paid took care of the bill something Premier should of done, so buying from them make sure yourable to drive in rain when you buy a vehicle from them or you'll get stuck with repair bills. Dear Friends, We are mechanical contractors for Bharat Petroleum since more than last 20 years. We are very much dissatisfied by the way they are currently handling and treating their contractors. Lot of hardships faced by us in releasing our payments from them which are due since so long. They have given us lot of problems in 2014 by delaying our bills. Such was not the case earlier but of late the engineers have no empathy or respect for contractors who have been working with them since decades. They need to improve their style and attitude otherwise it is very difficult for business owners like us to work with BPCL.
Bought a pair of sandals from this outfit; received two emails from them stating that the order is being processed and the order has been dispatched. Then I get three emails from Millets stating that an order has been processed, dispatched and an account had been opened in my name at Millets. I contacted Millets who thought that the emails are fraudulent, as my bank thought too. But I did receive the sandals - from Millets? It appears that someone at peterstorm opened an account at Millets in my name and placed an order at Millets - isnt this fraud? It appears that no-one at peterstorm can be contacted about this - so here we are reporting fraud of peterstorm staff on trustpilot. And no matter what I still have an account at millets that seemingly cannot be closed due to bad customer service.
My purchase with Pet Mojo Shop has been the worst experience ever. Their website looks quite impressive and legit, but once they have your money, it all goes downhill from there. They promise 7-10 days shipping with a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. After 4-weeks and nothing, I tried contacting them thru customer service, thru email, even by phone on several attempts. I received an automated recording of a foreigner who spoke in poor English and was referred back to their site for Customer Service. After 5 weeks, I finally received my outside door mat of my granddog, that I paid $35 for (from CHINA). The item couldn't have weighed more than a pound. The top part was soft like a blanket, and this was supposed to be an OUTSIDE DOOR MAT. The photo of my dog, and the quality looked NOTHING like their ad. It was a joke, and the joke was on me. I immediately contacted them to return, but knew my money was lost. I also contacted BBB. After a few weeks, they said they were unable to locate this company as they were likely moved or out of business. Beware of Bogus websites. Be sure to first locate Reviews, and if there aren't any on the website, that's a good indication to save your money and shop elsewhere.
Product size is not accurate at all. The size I ordered was two sizes to small. I have butt and hips so I ordered a size bigger than I normally would and I still struggled to get them up. I also did not get the color I ordered. The ordered shipped within the 8-15 days like it said. That is the only thing that was legit for me.
Pet Canva tried to accuse myself as well as many other companies of copyright infringement. The only copyright they own is of their logo. No one has used their logo. The are threatened by small businesses. No one has copyrighted any of their products. They are horrible business people. Please be aware that this company is trying to shut down other small businesses by cheating and we are going after Pet Canva with a class action lawsuit

Funny how no one address the after service and making sure your package is recieved - even after sontacting by mail and whatsapp no repaly - wum drop - the couries they use - that is the worse delivery service or non delivery service ever - petheaven fast to get you order together but thats where is stops.
They were too slow, and communication was poor. We regret getting their services because they were not true to their words. We experienced a lot of delays and that caused us more money than what we could have saved by getting their services. I don't recommend them at all, and I wish they would improve because people are paying them their hard-earned money, but they don't deliver their part of the contract as well.
I contacted Petri Pest Control to do some service in my home. They did not deliver what they promised. Watch out for them, they are a bunch of wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. They are not looking for customers they are looking for victims. The first chance they get, they will rob you. If this ever happens to you contact the BBB.
