Don't buy from zZounds!

In 3 months I purchased three guitars my first one I pulled a lot of the bag three strings for hanging off at that whipped me the neck was broken and two places the body cavity on the side of the neck was actually ground down with the grinder through the paint down to the wood the nut was not even fully attached if you see in the picture underneath the nut it's shadowed but there's a good 16th inch of a space you can stick a screwdriver in there and it was the only glue to half way. I bought a new PRS and the back plate three screws are stripped on one two on the other. I received my third guitar Friday with the neck cracked from the corner of the front board right through the top veneer through the solid body. They're supposed to be picking it up and I received the label from UPS and it's supposed to be picked up from my house I got a label but they did not set it up to be picked up from my house like it was supposed to and they keep on lying to me and saying that you will be receiving another one in a few days and UPS has told me three times that they are lying to you. I called them back three times and they keep on saying and the day maybe a two days you'll be receiving it I've had two supervisors call me and say you are not getting a pickup they lying. I'm not looking for sympathy but I have a very serious disease on fighting and I told him I cannot keep on going through this and I was told this and I'm a paying customer the representative man with a mean voice said I do not want to hear a word about your sickness if you going to talk I want to hear about the guitar only. And I only said I cannot keep on going through this, I am very sick fighting a serious disease. I just gotten out of the hospital again I never mentioned a word about my sickness or anything. I'm 61 years old. How cruel of a person, I am not looking for no sympathy I am just telling you that these people are very bad very disrespectful. You go and say that to somebody. And I am not looking for no sympathy here either, but I am fighting for my life and strapped to my house you do not talk to somebody like that. I still have the guitar here there holding my money up. So now I have the guitar sitting here they have my money they keep on lying to me I have nowhere to turn to. I'll be paying customer you do not talk like that to somebody. To talk to me like that when I've been fighting for my life I never said anything about my sickness so as I said is I am very sick like in a disease I cannot keep on going through this with you people. Please do yourself a favor go to Sweetwater American musical anywhere but there. It's hard to see the nut was only half glued to the body it's shadowed but there was between the 16th and the 8th of an inch space. That's how I received the first one. The guitar came delivered with about a half a yard of cement covering from the bottom up three quarters to one side of the box like somebody dropped it in a pile of cement and that's exactly what happened. But please do yourself a favor do not be a victim like I am. These people should be put out of business. I am actually thinking of taking legal actions.

Do not buy from them do not be a victim like I or others. I am not the only one all you have to do is a little looking.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased the Xvive U2 Wireless Guitar System for my bass. I went with this particular system because my worship leader at church has this same system. It has 4 different channels so there wouldn't be an interference between his and mine. I received it as predicted the next day. When I went to use it the first time it worked great (of course after changing channels to a different from the worship leaders), the next Sunday when using it there seem to be static but I though maybe it had something to do with where I was standing since I was in a different area. It wasn't to big of an issue an seen to work itself out. The next Sunday I was using it and it kept cracking and popping that morning then that evening it completely lost sound. I thought it had something to do with either my bass or amp so I took everything home to work with it. That Tuesday when practicing with the piano player it did it again. So I called Zzounds and talked with a representative explained the issue. He said yeah that system should not be doing that. He first thought it was an interference between the bass and the system but after further investigation that should not be the problem. So he set a return for it, which it would take a couple days for returns to get request and for me to receive an email with the UPS label to return it. I explained that I really needed this system the up coming Sunday. He said he could not guarantee that but he would process the return. I told him that will be fine. I finally received the UPS label on Thursday and I took it to UPS and they have be a tracking number, UPS said that they probably wouldn't receive till Monday because it was not overnight. I started thinking I really needed this system for this up coming Sunday Worship Service because I will be playing bass on song, then Keys (keyboard) on another song in which I'll hand the bass over to our worship leader, plus I have a laptop with our pads, and I have wired in-ear monitors. So havivg the bass wireless is needed since it is being handed back and forth. So I called Zzounds and spoke with another representative and explained the dilima that we were in. I asked him that being UPS has the system and I have the tracking number if there would be any way that they would ship out the replacement. He checked with the returns department and said sure we can and we will ship it overnight and your will receive it tomorrow (Friday). Zzounds did not have to do that. Their policy is to replace the defect but to send out the replacement before the defective one is received, that is going out of the way to help. It wasn't their fault the unit was bad, that happens from time to time, but they took a stand to assist a customer. I will be ordering other products from Zzounds. I highly recommend them.
