Technician Frank did a outstanding job working on my laptop. I highly recommend him to all. I find Zye Technologies one of the best and successful computer support company ever. Frank help me alot and fix all problem in laptop easily. Thanks Marvel Bane
I started using Zye Tech about three years ago. At first they were great and I had no complaints. But lately I've noticed a shift. The original terms of our agreement were that for an annual flat fee of $215 they would maintain all of my devices: PC, Laptop, and Phone. But lately, when I call them, they either a) try to sell me some service or software I don't need, or b) try to charge me additional money for services that should be included in the "all-inclusive service package" I originally bought. Most recently, they wanted an additional $250 for a "network security patch" (whatever that is). When I complained, "Ronald" argued with me that I was "not a techie, and that I had no idea what I was talking about." In other words, he did not address my complaint. Ronald spoke in a very thick Indian accent which I could barely understand. When I asked to speak to someone whose English was better, he hung up on me. I doubt if it's possible to get a refund for the balance of this year's fee, but I will definitely not be using Zey Tech's services in future. Steer clear. These guys are a bunch of scam artists. You're better off going to Best Buy or your local Office Depot where at least you know what you're getting.
I wish I could give 6 stars. Zye Technologies fixed my windows problem and made it better than new. He is like an old time craftsman in the new technology world. He really cares that you get what you need. He even helped me decide on my new computer. THE BEST!
My experience with zye technologies was first-rate. I was not at all happy with my computer it was working very slow, takes a long time to open and close the files. There were too many infections in my computer and I was really fed up with the things and then i contacted zye technologies. There help was really appreciable. One of there technician dan was very boosterish, he made things very easy and comfortable for me and even taught me so many things about the machine. I am very happy with the services I got from zye technologies... five stars for you guys, thank you zye.
