I ordered an air purifier on 9/29/19. The site advertised two were in stock, shipping within 2-3 days, and delivery within 10-14 days. I continued to check the order status but "in process" was all I saw. They have no phone # (big red flag) so I sent emails via the customer link on their website. An automated email reply indicated they would contact me within 24-72 hours. All I wanted to know was the status but I got NOTHING! After 21 days, I had to ask my credit card company to get me a refund.

Total scam. Same as the person above me, no phone number. No order. Do NOT buy anything from that website
Ordered a gaming chair, they took my money and I never heard from them again. Initial email received a response saying they would get with me in 24-72 hours. 10 emails later I have heard nothing. 3 months in.
Scammed! Ordered from their website, never received item, just showed "in process" for over a month. Will be contacting my credit card company to get funds back.
