I have been a client with Zulily almost from their beginning. I shop here more than I do in stores now. If I follow the sizing charts I rarely go wrong. The best advice I could say to a new shopper is take your measurements and stay true to the size accordingly.
I am a regular shopper on this site. You have to watch the prices and item descriptions but overall great stuff at good prices. Their return policy could be better, but it is comparable to other online shopping sites - I usually just try to get all of my purchases before doing a return to bundle them if necessary. They have interesting items I don't find in store near me.
Zulily has so many different varieties of things. I found a lot of one kind things I could find anywhere else. The only drawback is that products don't ship out very quickly. But I just buy things for like Christmas or you know you don't need it right away. And their customer service is wonderful and very helpful.
I love the styles and prices on Zulily. I check before I buy and find they do have the lowest prices, especially on toys!

The return policy and I have to pay to return... returns are free on almost every other site I shop on.
The shipping time... I get that they use bulk purchasing to leverage prices, but sometimes it takes so long I forgot I even had an order coming.
Shipping rates are ridiculously high - especially for the shipping time.
There are brands I have found are true to size and the quality is great, but sometimes I order something here or there and the sizing and quality are AWFUL!
All the items I have ever purchased have been great! Great quality and great price! Sometimes, delivery can take up to a month. You need to consider the slow delivery when you purchase something.
Love the prices! Also being able to purchase items later on in the day and not having to pay more shipping. Now that I can return items that don't fit, it makes it so much better,
I am a regular Zulily customer with mostly good results. I look forward to browsing their emails everyday. I have shopped with them for years and will continue to do so. Most of the items I have purchased are lovely staples of my wardrobe.
I have certain labels I like and trust and others I won't go near as they are cheap and nasty. You have to know your brands on Zulily. My complaints are that often it takes forever for items to arrive and the return postage is unreasonably high. It has prohibited me from returning some items that get donated instead. Some of the sizing charts are inaccurate as well and I get annoyed when an article of clothing is shown in the brand header but is not included in the items available for purchase.
All in all, Zulily is hit or miss but luckily for me-mostly hit.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experiences with Zulily. The products are really great and very well priced. In the rare event that there is a problem, the customer service representatives work with you to be sure that you are 100% satisfied!
For the most part, I love what I get from Zulily. Prices are very good and most items meet or exceed expectations. When a glitch occurs, their customer service has been very responsive. The only thing that bothers me is when I click on a new today category because of the item shown, that item can be very hard to find!
The one negative is shipping time can be considerable (for those of us used to 2 day delivery), but I like to things the items I order are worth waiting for.
Zulily has incredible finds. Both unique and staple items, very easy to navigate website, concierge available, great prices and Fabulous return policies! I just love this website, my absolutely favorite and I tell everyone about it all the time!
I am always excited to see what products Zulily will be featuring every day. I find things on Zulily that I would have a hard time finding anywhere else. And the prices are better than anywhere else. It's always good to know that if I make a purchase I won't be charge for s&h on any other purchase I make that day. And the free s&h will apply for any second or more purchase I make Friday through Sunday night. Customer service representatives are always nice to deal with.
I have enjoyed all of my purchases with Zulily, from my clothes, to buying for the grandchildren. They have loved the soft Pj's for the Holiday and the matching outfits also.

Not letting you know that you've went over credit limit and they have messed me up with all my credit. Very disappointed the way business is run!
I really enjoy shopping with Zulily. My complaints would be that you order and wait a long time to receive the items. Sometimes not at all. Also, when you complete the return request I have yet to get a response. I always have to do a phone call. The customer service people are wonderful and very helpful, but why do I need the phone call? Those are my only complaints.
Zulily is a company striving for a customer base that is totally happy and appreciative of all items acquired. If not happy with the items, for whatever reason, at least able to laud the customer service department who pleasantly helps these items to be returned with the least amount of trouble and frustration.

I truly love Zulily! I love all the choices of brands. My 2 favorite are Suzanne Betro & Amaryllis. Their styles are always classy & fun, great fabrics, very consistent sizing. The reviews people leave are always helpful! It's very interesting to me when a dress or pants or top take longer because it's actually being sewn for me. I just wish they could get more size 12 women's shoes! It seems by the time I see the shoes are available in a 12 the size 12s are all gone. I really need a nice pair of sandals! I'm very loyal to Zulily!
I can always find something wonderful on Zulily. From shoes to jewelry, they have it. Plus, if you love an item but it's not in your sizes, just click on it and it will be waitlisted. How great is that? Great deals and great service makes shopping on Zulily the best.
I've bought many, many things from Zulily for years. Most things have been ok, but the clothing quality can be a bit unpredictable. Prices used to be much better. More often than not, now i find I can buy the same item on Amazon Prime for a cheaper price. I don't know if QVC has changed things, but... I used to like it better.
