I think we all get spoiled by free shipping. It is WONDERful that they charge shipping once in a day and then all subsequent orders on that day are shipped "free." But I am finding more and more that one thing I want is expired and then another one will start. I enjoy all the rotating sales. And the prices are better on some things than others. But I would be happier if that shipping group was more than one calendar day, like it is over a weekend.
I shop a LOT on Zulily! Items can be delightful OR disappointing! I'd bet that some companies put their "seconds" on Zulily. I often think I should stop buying there.
Sometimes, an item is not at all the color they said, or doesn't look like the photo. Or maybe it's cheaply made... a bow falls off, item isn't fitted right. Sometimes significant details aren't in the descriptions. Sizes are a gamble! And it's SO easy for me to assume something is bigger or smaller, so be careful! Sometimes shopping is wearisome in that there can be TOO many items in 1 category. I wish they would also sort by price.
It's also so fun buying this way; online is PERFECT for a disabled person (BUT returns are a hassle!) But they've been really pretty fair, and kind, when I've called about an item. As I buy regularly, it also means calling and returning regularly. MAYBE about a fourth of the time, maybe less.

LOVE shopping on Zulily! Can find items with great prices -- brand names, as well as others. Always get a great deal when shopping with them. I've purchased everything from sheets to shoes and things in-between. They're always bringing the best prices from name brands. Especially proud of the deals with Jambu, BOC and Clark shoes/boots!
Zulily is a wonderful place to get great discounts on items you love! You may have to be a little patient because ship times may take a little longer, but good things come to those who wait usually at a tremendous savings. The only thing I even remotely dislike is the return policy, but I suppose they don't like an overstock of inventory so a store credit is issued instead of a credit refund for the purchase price. I have not had to return very many items.

Well the clothing sizes tend to be off. I am tired of purchasing clothing that is not the material that it looks like or the sizing is way off. The jewelry is great and the workout stuff is great. I have found some workout wear that works but after purchasing the items twice to get the correct size. Most times it is not worth shipping back due to the fees.The refunds all go into a store credit and are not refunded back to the original purchase which forces you to spend more or lose your money.
I do not like having my returns being given back as instore credit instead of being applied to the card that it was charged to. If it was something small it would not be bad but I think any purchase should be applied as a credit to the card it was charged to. Seems like a way for you to get more business. I have also limited purchases to non clothing because nothing seems to fit, even some shoes seem to be something that no one else could sell.
I have been an active shopper at Zulilly for sometime now. I have been hugely pleased with the majority of items I have ordered and received. Unfortunately, the past two redrew have not been packaged properly for shipping. My items have been thrown in the bottom of a box and a little packing tossed in. Items have shifted and even come out of product packaging. Also, I ordered 2 rings and upon delivery they look absolutely nothing like the photos I ordered. The actual boxing has been crushed from the outside during shipping. If you can look back at my purchase history I'm sure I would be classified as a loyal customer. Quick customer service and if there's a problem they jump right on it. Quick delivery and timely updates in case there's a problem. I go there first before I go to any other place. They do not sell their own things, just provide a venue for others to sell their wares cheaply, so to get a good idea of sizes and what people say, use your ability to research the company before you buy the clothes. They have provided me credit and the ability to return items with no restock or return fees. They are very understanding and maintain the best concepts to making customers happy. If buying several items, purchase the smallest first to get a lower shipping fee and all other items that day or all weekend are shipped thereafter for FREE! Where do you get that? Anyway, they have a near perfect business model with no overhead. They're smart!
I have been shopping zulily for 5 years now and I check the zulily site daily for goodies. I seldom have any issues with the products and the customer service is great.
I like the way Zulily does their website. They give you a chance to look and buy the products and merchandise that you want to have. I do have a problem with the time it takes for me to get my order some times. I like the way that they do the split payments, sometimes it makes it easier to order large purchases.

You can find an abundance of different and unique items on Zulily. They have great customer service. They only negative thing I can say is that it can sometimes take quite a while to receive an order - anywhere from 5-30 days.
I love love love this site! They have tons of items at far below retail price. I have almost no reason to shop anywhere else! The only drawback is that returns are quite expensive ($8.95) and you always take a risk when you purchase clothing on line. Usually the size chart is accurate, but on occasion, it has not been.
I love to shop here and it is fun to see clothing brands that I have not seen before. I like seeing the variety of products and you can find just about anything you could want or need on this site. I have bought quite a lot of items in the last 2 or 3 years... mostly woman's clothes. The only problem with buying brands that you never heard of is that you can't be sure of the sizes or quality. I have also found that sometimes items received are not Exactly like what was shown in the picture on the website. I have had to return many times because items do not fit according to your size chart and my expectations. Sometimes I don't bother returning because of Zulillys high return fee. For this reason I have decided to only buy the name brands featured on your site that I know and trust. I also find that most items can take a very long time to get delivered. I am an Amazon Prime member with free 2 day shipping so I buy mostly from them unless I find a really good deal that is better than Amazon's deal.
Love Zulily, best customer service around. Love all the lawn art offered as that is my addiction. Just have to keep an eye out on non returnable items. Also, I wish more clothing brands offered items made 100% Cotton as not a big fan of all the poly & clingy materials used. Buying clothing is hit & miss just have to find brands that work for you & save brand as a favorite so you get notified when they are selling on Zulily again.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
