I've used Zulily for quite some time now. My favorite thing to buy there is clothing for my granddaughters. There are so many choices and things I don't find elsewhere. Prices are always great. I have also bought shoes for myself and toys for the kids.
I love it for just about every thing I need except for groceries. Things do come in slowly so I have to plan in advance and things do come in broken or flawed but they do take care of the consumer. Little confused as to how the computing works on the returns but assistance with sending things back has been very good.

Zulily sells very nice goods at wonderful prices however the length of time it takes to receive them is frequently prohibitive. I'm never sure exactly when I receive them so it's hard to buy Zulily products as gifts.
I have been a loyal customer for at least seven years I have found some really unique and beautiful items of quality on the other hand I have received items that were falsely advertised and no return or the return cost is the same as my credit. I have returned items and never credited. I keep shopping because of the beautiful and unique pieces. In the last year the quality has really declined I don't know what happened but there's a big difference in how customers are handled.

The only thing that caught me by surprise is when I purchased a pair to running shoes and they were too small so I returned them. I ended up with a store credit instead of a refund to my account. I didn't like that.

I don't know how you keep a low-shipping rate on such a huge variety of merchandise. Love the unique discoveries. It's like having an exotic open-air shopping bazaar surrounded by air-conditioning and only one computer key click away, instead of an ocean away. At first I approached with caution, with one gold pair of shoes, (literally) and then was drawn into each new shopping exploration. But, don't forget, Zulily has some good basic necessities at a better price as well. And worth the wait...
I bought the owl on stump garden decoration, for $30. It's super light weight and cheap! Not worth $7, they told me that they can not accept returns on this particular item, and it was never posted just how light weight this is. Thought I was buying a stone garden item, they led me to believe that on their site. I will never buy from zulily again!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
