I find with bigger kids, Zulily is hit and miss. They need a larger selection of Plus Size clothing.
I never know what I'm going to find so it is fun to browse and wonder what treasure is waiting for me. Shipments could be packaged a bit better, but so far no damages. Enjoy this service.

Items take longer in some cases, and the items don't show where they are made and shipped from. When the items are shipped from out of the United States the items are cancelled and no reason is given other than they are cancelled and a credit will be given.

I will say I have had to work with customer service in the past and they were very informative, if they didn't have an answer they found one for you, and I appreciate that from Zully. I have had to return some things that were not quality, but for the most part, everything is very nice. You can find just about anything you need for your home your office or you. Very convenient for use.
I buy from Zulily weekly and have been pleased with the products and services overall. The site has something for everyone, from beauty products to clothing to household goods. The prices are considerably lower than other venues and the merchandise is usually high quality. The company does charge for shipping, but only once per day. So if you were to make several purchases within a day, you would only be charged shipping for the first order. Sometimes the company runs free shipping promos or discount promos for people on the mailing list and/or who have the Zulily credit card. A lot of people enjoy the "Dash for the Deal" promos where specific merchandise is offered at a low price, but only for a certain amount of time. The site is fairly easy to use and there are new product/brand options every day.
I am always asked where I get my clothes, products, gifts, etc., and I tell everyone "ZULILY!" My husband swears Zulily should buy a billboard in my hometown and state, "Thank you, Bobbi, for all the love and support you head our way!" LOL
I've always received great quality items, good prices and usually, my deliveries are fairly quick after I process my order too. The colors can be a little off in the pictures of their clothes, but the sizing is usually pretty true to form.
Every day... I need my morning cup of coffee and online shopping with Zulily. I do believe I share at least 1 item a day with my facebook friends. I've bought many baby shower gifts from Zulily... not to mention fun things for my grandchildren.
I shop Zulily multiple times per day. I'm addicted! They major drawback is that it takes a long time to receive your order. I understand that this is due to Zulily purchasing in large bundles to keep the price down. However, often you forget what was you ordered due to the legnthy time span from actual purchase to shipping to receiving. Most of the time, it worth the wait.
Great variety and value- the two V's all should look for in any shopping site. No matter if I'm shopping for myself- plus size, my two granddaughters and grandson, my husband, our home or friends, Zulily has it!
I've bought several pairs of kid shoes and clothing items for my kid and myself. Most of the stuff, especially well known brands, is great. Sometimes you get a really meh item that looks a lot worse in real life than on the website photos. My main issue is shipping. For many things once you add shipping cost, it stops being a deal and you can get a better price on Amazon Prime.
Overall I find that Zulily has a varied and exciting assortment of products that entice me to shop (or at least look) daily. Problems and with orders and unsatisfactory products are usually resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. If I could improve anything it would be the wait time for my purchases to ship!
Zulily has a lot of issues and the deals aren't that good. Shipping takes way too long and they don't show where items are coming from so you can decide if you want to wait to get an item from Asia. Oftentimes the description of the product is incorrect and you have to ask for free return shipping which you may or may not get.
I have ordered a considerable amount of things from Zulily and I like that I can send things to a different address then my own BUT I wish at checkout it would go back to your default address or ask you what address you want to use, and I have ordered two different things and one came to me and the second one went to my granddaughter but I thought it was coming to me! If I ordered something at the same time I would expect it to come to the same address.
I've been ordering from them for about 3 years and only twice I had something not fit. I love the variety of items and the great prices.

Been shopping at zulily for years now and some of there vendors have wrong description on there products online especially there quilts and clothing, clothing is wrong sizes and the quilts are not what the description says... overall Customer service is always helpful but sometimes you get someone who is very rude and ignorant... I will continue to shop on zulily but now I know what to avoid buying on there site
They have a very large variety of clothing and all kinds of gadgets things that are so cool to use in the kitchen
