On two occasions I was let down by the companies, NOT ZOZI. I paid for as 45 minute helicopter flight from a company in Van Nuys. The actual flight lasted approximately 15 mins! I complained and ZOZI refunded me. Thank you. The other time I went to Fontana Raceway for a session in an open wheel race car. All we did was drive, in convoy behind the lead car, a Mustang for about 7 laps. We came in and I expected to be let loose on my own on the track. Didn't happen! I complained and ZOZI refunded me. Thanks again ZOZI! ZOZI has great customer relations!

We listed as a company No reservations were made on the site. We paid for a year in advance. They began charging us $100 a month when our year contract ran out. There was no way to make contact with the company. They didn't return our emails. We finally were forced to close our credit card to deny them access. Don't do it. Run the other way.

Possibly my fault- I bought a eco tour adventure for my daughter and I, never realizing that it was only good for the next two weeks. OK, my bad. Trying to get a refund now is such a hassle. Called and emailed with specifics and get back generic replies of "we are looking into your request". Haven't been able to get onto the customer service part of the site to even complain. They did send a "how did we do email and when I replied" poorly. Suddenly my complaint and their response showed up. The site is a hassle.And BTW. I just bought a snorkeling "deal" for $50 per person off zozi and then went to the snorkeling company's site and the regular price on the site is $50 per person. It's a scam and I won't be using the site anymore.

I would not say that this is a bad site to order from, rather, they are kind of like gambling. I have made 3 orders with them, and 2 have been picked incorrectly, resulting in returns. I ordered a pair of shoes, size 12. They sent a size 11. I did a return, and ordered a new pair... size 12. They delivered another pair... size 11. So, I have $218 tied up in 2 wrong sized pair of shoes. On the second order also included a shirt that was delivered in the wrong size, and wrong graphic... another return. In this age of online shopping, you have to be FAR better than this. Seriously, picking a size of shoe is not that difficult the first time, let alone 2 times in a row. I would not recommend this site, and will go to the local brick and mortar store, pay more for the shoes, but get the right size. That is, once ZOZI refunds my money.

I purchased a deal and was supposed to get a credit applied which would make my purchase half off the price. The credit was never applied and my card was charged the full amount. I wouldn't have purchased this deal at the full amount so I was not pleased. I figured it was just a technical error and emailed them to get it corrected. It's been a couple months and I have yet to receive a response. I have yet to try cashing in my vouchers. I certainly hope they at least work since it doesn't look like I will be getting my money back.
