I was a zoompanel member for like ten years & it took me that long to get at least 5000 points! Sure, it would be different if you had a computer 24/7, but with me that was the way it was! I made enough for two giftcards that were valued at $25. I finally cashed in last year around November. I had to wait, no reply. Finally, I messaged them & kept at them. This is what I want, I told them. I finally got in April, $70 in Paypal! I am not even sure I would go there anymore, but I really want to challenge them!

I was a part of Zoompanel.com many years ago, and then suddenly I read some other group was taking over. I believe it was Toluca... something like that. I never got my points from them and I screened out of Toluca every time. Thus, I left. Not long ago I saw Zoom was back and decided to give it a try again. I screen out of most surveys. Each one I screen out of, I get 5 points. Now, remember that it takes about 1,000 points to get a $10 gift card. Many of the surveys I have not screen out of... there is some kind of error that pops up right after I do the survey and they indicate that all is well, and I did not screen out. Then I don't get any points. Funny, huh? Is there some kind of software they use to play with people. Once I get enough points for my $10 gift card I am out there!

They've changed their name to OneOpinion, but it's the same great site. It can be slow at times, but for the most part, they have a lot of surveys. Cashing out is easy, and they've always paid.

I have been a member of this site for about 10 years and have cashed out several times for gift cards and gifts. I have never had any problem with cashout and never had any problems with surveys before either. I have noticed that it seems they have changed their format over the past year or so however because many time when I try to take a survey from an email that I received I am redirected to a page where I am asked many questions and taken to a different survey rather than being directed to the survey that I was trying to take. I don't mind this most of the time but when the email invite says the survey will take 5-10 minutes and that is what I have but then I am redirected to a survey that is said to take 30 minutes it becomes a little problematic because I don't have the time to do the one I have been sent to and would rather have been taken directly to the one in the email. Other than the different survey length, I have had no problems with the site and will continue to do surveys with them when I can.
