We were auto renewed after cancelling almost six months earlier. We found several issues with Zoom, such as safety, customer service, and timeliness, along with crashes. So we decided to change companies. I then received an email several months after we cancelled, and we forgot one account. Even though it was on the same days (less than two hours after we received an email stated we were auto renewed), they stated they do not give refunds. The SAME day! When a company treats customers like this, how do you think their future service will be? STAY AWAY from Zoom!
