What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Prospecting management tool I'm the owner of an online shop and my job is to look for the right software that automates most of my work. Given the increasing demand for my product, I needed a tool that would help me manage my orders, customers, and shipment. After going through a lot of google searches I finally got to know about Zoho and after looking at the features I thought to give it a try. First off I was amazed at its features and how it integrated with the rest of the tools. I've had this tool for about a month now and I can say I'm really happy with the results. I do not recommend this company. I was their client for business email for 2 years. My account was due to expire and they sent 1 reminder. Unfortunately I did not see it and as a result, my account expired. I tried to reconnect it but although Zoho accepts Paypal, I was consistently asked to add my credit card. No one in the Zoho team helped in any constructive way (they were either slow or kept copying and pasting generic replies). In the end, I bought another domain and email, from a different provider, to save my business "face". I asked Zoho to help me forward any emails received in the old address (ie the Zoho address) but they declined saying they had sent me 4-5 reminders and it was my responsibility to pay on time. Even after they admitted they had sent only 1 reminder, and knew that Paypal payments were not pure Paypal but included credit card, they insisted I PAY them for the forwarding service. They actually asked me to pay them around 3 times despite this unfair treatment and their false advertising about accepting Paypal. I really felt I was dealing with a Scam company, and whatever they are, I regret paying money to them for 2 years, I would never use them again.

No email/docs provider will be perfect, but out them all, Zoho is definitely a great option. I used to use google until they connected YouTube and Google+... I don't want my coworkers to know that I commented "lol" on a Taylor Swift music video.
The main services I use in Zoho are their Docs and email. The only con would be the fact that Zoho is a relatively small company, so it would be hard to tell how much protection they have against hacking. Regardless, I will continue to use Zoho and be pleased with all they have to offer.
A perfect place to keep up the documents. I have been using this long back and loved this extremely.

Do not waste your time with google docs or other free online word/office apps that just do not really deliver if you are serious about business. Sure if you are still in school and need free word, google docs is great for that. For the professional, MS word is now useless and overpriced, zoho is where it is at now. These guys have won the war of the online apps before it even started.
Very easy to use, yet still very customizable. Best priced CRM software I have yet to find. Makes tracking sales contacts from multiple sales reps a breeze, and producing reports takes seconds.
I have used google docs and other free word processing software but I think zoho is by far the best out there. It is almost free to use and only costs a little bit of money yet is well worth the price of admission to this great product. No more trying to find you documents on your hard drive or worrying if you didn't save them. All stored online safe and securely.
I tried this website's software because of all of the reviews here on sitejabber and it is a superior product to that of google documents and other free online software. The monthly fees really can add up though. I guess this is their business model and the 5 dollars a month now may mean nothing but if you use this product for 5 years then you get hooked on it. Worse, once everything I have is on zoho and they jack up the price to 10 dollars or more, I will probably be forced to pay it. Zoho is great for the times when you are traveling around and need access to documents and you can't bring all of your information with you. Definitely would recommend it to friends. The only downside is that it is not free. It has more features than most free word editing programs though.
I have used google docs for the past year as I didn't want to put MS office on my netbook when I am out on the road. It is also a great tool to organize documents and share them with other people. The problem has always been that it is not the most robust online word document editor. I heard about zoho.com and decided to try it out. OMG... this is the best suite of products ever. The only real problem is that it is still SLOW on my netbook. The price is right and pretty much you only pay for storage, which is cheap. Sure google is free, but zoho's prices are less than my starbucks monthly allotment, so it is not breaking the bank by any means. If you do any heavy duty spreadsheet work you will yearn for your desktop applications, but otherwise it really does work quite nicely. Now, if only my mobile phone would support ajax better I could do everything from my phone.
5 dollars per month is such a good deal for their business software. The calander functions and ability to share word docs within a small business is great. We used to try and use google docs but this is much better and for the price of a coffee per month it is worth the expense.
