It's a good sight but it's very hard to get help when there is a problem? I am hoping this will catch there eye and get in touch with me soon about my chat n phone I can not receive anything and when I do get the chat or call my phone freezes on that sight I had apple check my phone and they found nothing wrong with my phone I hope that someone can do something about this ASAP

I contacted zodiac psychics through their website to apply to be a reader (by clicking apply to be a reader on zodiacpsychics.com)and had somebody email me back named * jessie lauriston* i went through the "application process" for over 2 months emailing back and fourth basically jumping through hoops for this application process

And was told over a week ago that i was approved, but never heard anything back from this person so i went ahead and contacted zodiac psychics through support and told them everything i have went through and well it was A LOT of trauma because i last night came to find out this person does NOT work for zodiac psychics and i have given them all of my personal information, this is a very serious matter

This was the response i received from someone named "Zara" last night

"Please be advised that we information in the email fail to correspond to reality, we have nothing to do with these emails."

As well as

"Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, this is an illegitimate email and most likely it was sent to you by attackers. We are not responsible for the data that you provided to Jesse Lauriston since all our official emails are sent with the zodiac domain."

This means that somebody has access to the zodiac psychics application email and who knows how many other people went through this and gave out personal information and ID photos and videos of my face, its a very serious matter and i cannot express how upset i truly am right now because zodiac psychics or adviqo are not taking this seriously and it doesn't seem to be a problem for them?!?!

I have been on this site for a few years now and I honestly did like the site at first but now with the issues I been having for now 8 days straight have not been able to take chats on the desktop or on the app. Losing a lot of money and clients over this and not happy since I have complained but do not seem to be getting any resolve.

I have been a advisor on their website right from the beginning. I used to earn a lot of money on the website when I first signed up but over the years, this has dwindled down to logging on and their being no clients. Therefore, this being a complete waste of my time, I have not logged on. My screen name on the website was Lady Mogwa and I had over 1000 five star reviews. Anyway, this company owed me nearly $60 and they just closed my account for no reason without paying me a single cent of what is due to me. How do you like that. I hope this company runs to the ground and that their clients are aware of what and how they treat their hard working advisors. This is absolutely sickening.

I worked for them for 6 months each month they would disable my account without any valid reasons. One time i got told it was due to client giving personal details, if a client ends up giving their details randomly how is it the readers fault? They happily suspended so many readers for this reason but yet kept clients who done this every day. Why? Money hungry company! They owe me over $1000 & refuse to pay me & have blocked me from emailing them!

The site removed my ratings when I rated the psychics lower. They even adjusted my rating to a 4 when I had given a1. They also changed my comment. I'm convinced that it's a fake Site.

Sometimes I think this is the best site and sometimes they can make me so angry with there lack of concern. Wavering about their rules. Too many times a person has complained about not being paid. How can anyone give good quality work and feel comfortable knowing that they might not be paid. I don't see how this site will stay in business if they don't change there view on this. Sometimes good sometimes not... Hot and cold. I like the psychics I talked too. They were all in the ball park. Expert Zee, Dream Maker. SOX, Realist, They were all good. Sometimes they can value feedback and sometimes they don't I keep thinking I need to drop this site all together.

I worked for them for almost a year and they deactivated my account saying I had mutilple accounts which I did not and would not pay me the money they owed me. Also sometimes when they paid the payment would bounce and I would have to wait even longer to get paid. They ignore emails and than block you!

I worked for Zodiac Psychic for about 6 months with no issues and then all of a sudden I received an email stating that my profile pic wasnt within standards because my hair was cut off. So I changed it, then I received another email stating that my "about me" section of my profile wasnt long enough which wasnt true but I updated that. Then I was told because I got a reading I couldnt be an advisor anymore. Which no where in the contract does it say that. They termed my contract and disabled my account. I was owed $76.80 that I earned. I wrote several emails to Jhoenna who kept saying she was waiting to hear back from her Finance team and would get back to me. I even wrote them on FB, same thing about her sending a message to them and waiting to hear back. I was eventually blocked because I put on FB that they owe me money and are scammers! I know I'm not owed much but it's the principal. I would like other Advisors with the same issues to email me please. I worked as an independent contractor for over 6 months and then they completely cut off my account with no explanation and they do not respond to messages and they have stolen the money I earned. Stay far away from this site! Don't waste your time and life!

I was a psychic on zodiac psychics they are a scam no one work for them no one should contact their visors I made over $300 there they have not paid me they discontinued my account for no reason and they have not paid me since over a month this is a scam every Psychic and person stay away from it

I was an adviser on this site for several months. I made over $400 and NEVER got a pay out. It's owner is a crooked b*tch! Also, there is client on this sh*t site that will scam her bank and then scam the advisers. I lost my account because of this client. She lied to the owner claiming that I had scammed her. So, both owner and client are frauds. Stay away from this site. Unless if you don't mind being screwed over.

Ive been having technical issues on this site for weeks now... ever since i was falsely accused of having my bank investigate payments to them. Ever since... ive had issues almost daily trying to process payments and recieve service. Ive contacted the site and google play multiple times. And im beyond frustrated. Especially since the original accusations were never true and ive spent thousands of dollars here... i dont expect special treatment. But not having to contact support nearly everyday for the same issue would be great. Prior to this issue i would have given higher rating

They never pay on time or care about the reader /psychic. They are Greedy people that think that they can do whatevet to people. Fact is they withhold pay snd then make the reader/psychic wait another half month after working already for their website and then threaten the person telling them that they are rude for asking to be paid.

Do NOT believe a word Makeeda says. She scammed her bank ( and the site and me). Zodiac was able to PROVE what a fraudulent scam artist she is. And because of that I lost my position at Zodiac. Makeeda should have been the one to be banned. NOT ME!

You are a LIAR Makeeda! Tell the truth! Admit you stole money!

I was a psychic here and when it come to paying me the closed my account and have not paid me. They don't reply and just fob you off. DO NOT USE THE PSYCHICS DOING THE WORK FOR NEXT TO NOTHING DONT EVEN GET PAID!
