Doctor Ruwani Gunawardane has been my neurologist for three years She was able to identify my rare condition when no one else could. Her expertise enabled a quick identification, treatment plan and recovery. Her professionalism and care is always portrayed in every visit.

I totally love Dr Kainth. I HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR 7+YEARS. TODAY I CALLED FOR A VIDEO APPT AND THERE IS A NEW PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND EVERYTIME I CALL ITS ALWAYS THE SAME. VERY NASTY PUT ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME AND WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION AGAIN SHE DOESN'T KNOW AND YOUR ON HOLD AGAIN. IVY MAY BE NEW BUT ACTING THE WAY SHE DOES ISNT HELPING HER. IM SORRY BUT THROUGH THE YEARS SHE HAPPENS TO BE THE PERSON THAT SORRY TO SAY THE NASTIEST AND RUDEST PERSON I HAVE RAN INTO. IM SORRY IVY BUT ITS THE TRUTH. I visited Atlantic Gastroenterology Center in Brooklyn and was seen by Nurse Practitioner
Inna Zeltser. She was very pleasant. Took an extensive history and physical and diagnosed and gave me a treatment plan for my illness. She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

So far, I've used ZocDoc twice to schedule for appointments and the experience both went well. It's also nice that this website is like the "avvo.com" of doctors and your able to review as well as look at reviews of said doctors. The only "issue" I've had is that for one appointment, the doc's receptionist didn't accept the downloadable forms from ZocDoc and that I still had to fill in an application.

What a great way to find excellent providers! And, your health chart keeps you informed as to your annual wellness checks! Would definitely recommend!

Honestly, it is fast, simple, and hassle-free. Their customer service is great. The doctor's have all been fantastic that I've used. Not sure if I'll ever go back to the old way of booking appointments again.

Being able to view available openings works so well with planning my day around my children. There have been many times over the years when I have needed a last minute appointment and it has been a lifesaver to be able to set up a time at my convenience. I wish all doctors used this service!

I love ZocDoc. It is reliable and helpful website. I found great doctors within an hour, after reading reviews and comparing which of them is best for me.
If something happen with the appoitment or you mention that you had bad experience ZocDoc is right on a top of the case trying to resolve the problem.
I feel that I had "friend" with me who stands up for me if I need help!

Zocdoc is SUPER easy to use. I enter the city or zip code in which I'm near to find a doctor nearby. I also enter the insurance I have so that I am sure to make an apt. With a doctor who accepts it. It's very clear the open dates & time to choose from. What makes it even better is reading other people's reviews to get a sense at how this doctor and his/her staff may be. I have use zogdoc for all of my healthcare needs and it's been wonderful and easy. No more making phone calls or having to step into an office to inquire information & make an appointment.

I signed up with ZocDoc after applying for a job there, to better understand the patient experience and fully appreciate the business model. It was great finding a specialist in my neighborhood via ZocDoc and I liked the reminder to get a dental cleaning though must admit, it prompted me to call my doctor rather than look for a new one via the app. Overall, I think the service is very useful in identifying new doctors and makes getting an appointment amazingly easy.

Dr Rasul is the best! He is kind, compassionate and thorough. His staff mirrors him! Couldn't ask for a better doctor to help me with my pain.

Zocdoc is a wonderful program so far. Great reminders about health and appointments. For those in the Medical field who use or are thinking of using, I have found this program very helpful. Goes without saying that patients will be well served.

I have made and changed many appointments via ZocDoc and it has made my life so much easier! I stopped wasting precious time and energy (not to mention frustration) trying to reach doctors' offices in vain getting an answering service that says to call back during hours the staff is there when I AM calling during normal business hours! ZocDoc is easy, convenient and works. I ask every doctor I go to to ask that they use it.

Let's face it - hopping on the phone and calling a random stranger is intimidating. ZocDoc makes it super easy and gentle to find a nearby, highly-rated doctor, book an appointment online, and even fill out your forms ahead of time. Plus, the site is designed in a way that it's actually sort of fun to book appointments, and it makes me want to book more, as weird as that sounds.

Anyway. Never going back to cold calling again. This is how I'm booking all my doctor's appointments going forward.

I absolutely love the ability to research my my doctors before I make the appointment; I feel like I am apart of the decision process. All of my team pcp and specialty doctors I found on ZocDoc after suddenly fainting one day. As a young adult I wanted the best care with a knowledgeable team. ZocDoc has surpassed my expectations in active healthcare management. I recently had a surgery on my ankle and all he reviews were precise in the doctor's attributes. The site itself makes things so much easier. The general user friendliness, the ease to make appointments and be reminded of them, make this site so easy. I had a wrote a bad review of one of the doctors I was using and was instantly contacted by customer service for the site. Tessie was amazing and so helpful. She helped me find another doctor, and listened to my complaint of the doctor. Thank you for all your help Tessie.

Clean, easy interface. Finding doctors is painless. A few times appointments show up as available on the site, but then the doctor's office will call to let me know that that time isn't available and I reschedule. Figure they're still working out the kinks. Customer service is impeccable and personable!

So much easier and more convenient than leaving voicemails to assistants and waiting to get a call back, whether for an initial appointment or to reschedule something. Well done xocdoc, such an essential tool; we needed you badly. And thanks to the doctors who are using the system.

I didn't like the fact, that some medical institutions in US provide extremely worse quality of service than Amazon. They are rude even before you signed contract that obligates to pay them money. And don't care about customer satisfaction. This site make it possible to filter such doctors, and this is really great.

I needed a local dermatologist and found an excellent choice using ZocDoc. Dr Potter was very pleasant, yet professional, and resolved my problem in one visit. Removed a growth, had it biopsied and all is well
