I was really nervous to order because theres definitely some not so great reviews, HOWEVER! I ordered 2 glass front wedding albums and got a 50% off coupon which was AMAZING! The leather and inside quality was absolutely incredible! The photo on the outside looked a little off-colour I think maybe from the glass? Anyways, I still loved them so much and got 50% that I didnt feel it was necessary to contact them. About 4 months later my husband suggested I contact them and instantly they were like, no problem, we'll ship out 2 new ones asap and they did! The new ones arrived and they were the same so they suggested I choose another style and send out ANOTHER 2 pairs totally free and so fast! Over the top superb custom care! Would totally recommend and order again.
Feeling a bit frustrated here. Noticed your products are always labeled "ON SALE," but when I go to check out, it's back to the regular price! And to top it off, I have to hunt for a Thanksgiving 20% discount code? Seriously? Let's keep it real and transparent, please! A little honesty goes a long way with us customers. #TransparencyMatters #CustomerExperience #HonestyInBusiness
The photobook is ok but FYI it shipped from China so I assume it was made and printed in China. I ordered from here and thought it was a Bay area company and made in USA. Looks like I was wrong
I've been making books (about 20) over the past year. At first they were reasonably priced around 30-35 dollars for each with whatever promo was going on. Since I was such a regular I bought in to their maker plan. Since then I've paid $45/book +10 shipping on each. Now I'm stuck in the plan for 6 months paying more than I ever did before I got the plan. Unfortunately since these books are a series I have to continue to use this company to achieve consistency and to make them look nice for my child to have later in life. If I knew then what I know now I would definitely find another company to use. The quality of the books is fine and I love the binding puts dates and my daughter's name on it, but honestly in the long run I feel ripped off.
