Where are they based and do they have a phone number that works? I just ordered and I'm getting the runaround from a Franklin.
No customer service, they don't reply emails, I've called several time only recorder on their 800 hundred #, No return or Exchange Policy On their Web Site. I DO NOT RECOMAND THIS SITE! very Poor Service.
paid usd155 for beepollen capsules but after checking thru the tracking number they gave me, there is no record of shipment to me. I called their tel number but only recording will answer.i sent several e mails but no reply.
