When I was ordering my glasses I was not sure how my glasses would fit.I am truly so amazed by quality and accuracy of this glasses. I would recommend Zenni to all my family and friends,and for sure I am going to order another pair of prescription sunglasses. Zenni is the best in delivering what they promised to their customers.

Got my glasses from Zenni and it was not what I expected. Each lens looked extremely different from the other and it just looked really bad. Tried to get the lab to fix it and they said bc of my prescription there was nothing they could do. Yet I just got my new glasses from Eyebuydirect and it came out perfect. If they can get it right there is no reason why Zenni can't if they consider themselves professional glasses company. Will never buy from them again

Ok so I bought 3 PAIRS of glasses from zenni and I also paid extra for 8-12 dayvshipping ( I believe).
So, I placed my order on 9/29 and I paid over 20 bucks from r expedited shipping.
Now after waiting patiently, I reached out to a virtual operator… He reassured me that my shipping fees would be fully refunded and that he would escalate my complaint.
Mighty funny, that after my complaint… my order was shipped out that same night! So needless to say, I will be following up on my shipping refund... but… I do love the glasses… it's principalities involved at this point.

My previous purchased glasses turned out to be too small for myself. So I returned and ordered another pair. Firstly, this pair measurements are very close but there's significant difference in size. Secondly, they did not apply refund to my last purchase which is a bummer because I could not wait for refund to be processed, need the glasses asap. Thirdly, why is glass anti reflection coating so expensive.

The eyeglasses came in a relatively quick timeframe. I loved the information that is shared on how to check PD and also the way to do a virtual try on. The only thing I dislike are the actual glasses - the magnetic sunglasses portion is so flimsy it feels like the ones the optometrist provides when you have your eyes dilated (the plastic sheet that you would slide between your eyes and glasses). Super thin and not substantial at all.

I felt insecure about choosing glasses virtually. I'm using them and getting used to them. They're bifocals, and the smaller lens is a smaller diameter than it was on my last pair. This changes how I navigate reading and other things, and I'm not sure how I like it. They seem to be good quality, though, and the price was very affordable. I'm not fully sold on this method for buying glasses. But I will probably experiment again.

I ended up accidentally ordering my son a size medium kids glasses when I meant to order extra small because of confusing sizing on the website. I filtered by kids glasses and was not expecting both an adult size and a kid size to be on the glasses. I saw "extra small" and so thought I was getting extra small kids. It turns out it was medium kids instead. I am in the process of returning them and have ordered some that are the correct size but feel that this could have been made much clearer on the website. I purchased two prescription eyeglasses in 2022! The reason for two pair is to ensure that I have a backup. One of them have transition lenses the other doesn't. I purchase one pair in 2023 that pair last about 6 months and then one of the arms broke. I spoke to a rep before ordering new frames to transfer my lenses into and they confirmed that it will work. To summarize the lenses did not fit into the new frames of the same shape. I love ZENNI fashionable frames but will be sticking with LensCrafters from now on. If my frame break they'll replace or fix them. I was unable to get my lenses into the new frame. That was a bummer bye Zenni.

Tip for consumers:
Be completely aware that ZENNI return policy is very limited.

The glasses over all were fine, however the end of the frames on one side came off when I had a floaty attached and it was removed, it exposed a bare wire at the end which was a poking hazard.
Also, because they taper to a point the floaty kept slipping off and ended up falling in the ocean when I leaned over when we were moving and I lost my glasses! Frame not recommended if you use a floaty, but likely just fine if you do not slide anything tubular over the ends for floatation.

For whatever reason, these glasses just aren't the correct prescription. I love the frames, very cute and comfortable, but I can't use them because I can't see through them :/ I asked my optometrist if it was something to do with the prescription she gave me, and she said it was accurate and that I put in the info correctly…. I guess it must have been something on the manufacturer's side. Big bummer. Very cute lenses, though.

I could not read with the first pair so sent them back. For some reason it was taking them forever to "inspect" them so they sent a replace pair. I still find them difficult to read with. In the meantime, I got a pair from a different company and they're great, but were more expensive. It's the first time in a decade I've had trouble with Zenni glasses, and I'm heartbroken. In the past the frames have been great, the lenses fabulous, and at the very best price!

This is totally my fault, but as a warning you'd better read their refund policy before you buy. If you just need to exchange them due to poor fit or the prescription is wrong, you can process a return for 100% refund and get the new glasses you need. However if you have a prism in your prescription along with bifocals, Zenni cannot make them. I had no idea that Zenni cannot provide the same type of glasses that I can get in a brick-and-mortar store. This has ruined my taste for online glasses ordering. Will never use Zenni or any service again.

Tip for consumers:
Refund is 50% if you return purchase outright, and 100% if you get a different pair. They also cannot make bifocal lenses with a prism in the prescription

I finally decided to pay to get my first Pair of Prescription Shades because Zenni's pricing seemed reasonable enough. After I finished adding all the bells and whistles for mirrored rose gold, UV lenses with blue light block, etc. the price inched back up BUT it still was about $15-$20 cheaper than other brick and mortar stores. Plus, Zenni's had way more super cool shade styles to choose from. The shade frames appear to be decently made and not too flimsy BUT alas there does appear to be a slight issue with the way the lens was placed into the frame (that's not associated with the frame's design). At the bridge of the nose of the frame, there is a small but visible gap between the frame and the lens --one side is more noticeable than the other. Its as if the lens was cut a tad bit too small for the frame. Not sure how long I'd have to wait for a replacement frame so I may just have to make do. Hopefully, the lens won't fall out since though reasonable I still spent quite a bit on these shades. Time will tell if these hold up.

We ordered a pair of glasses for my husband that were metal frames with a brown coating. The coating began to peal off after not even 5 months. Zenni would not offer any warrant for frames. They said you only have 30 days to return anything and even then its a 50% credit. Not impressed that the frames are not under warranty. I guess you get what you pay for.

No one at customer service could figure this out and I needed the glasses so I just paid the overage. Once I finally received the glasses, they are great! Much better than my Dr office glasses. We also issued a 100 percent store credit refund of the $4.95 Standard shipping fee on this order as a customer service exception. The total payment for this order was $31.86, which represents $26.91 for the frame, ordinarily $27.95, but the order was purchased with a 10 percent student discount. However, we see in the database record of the order that the frame is listed as $29.90, and the glasses were ordered with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating. A 10 percent discount on a $29.90 frame is $26.91, but we do not know why the frame was not initially listed at $27.95. Moreover, we do not know why the same frame with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating was listed as $37.90, and with the 10 percent discount it was $34.11, on your second order, o4433041884. Insofar as the first order cost $7.20 less than the second order, we are going to ask our lab to refund $7.20 to the credit card you used to pay for the second order, which was the amount you used your credit card to pay. We will also ask our lab to email you to explain the price discrepancy between these two orders. I've made 2 different orders from Zenni. The first, a pair of non prescription sunglasses came on time and were exactly as ordered and priced very nicely. My second order was more costly and intricate. I ordered prescription glasses with transitions lenses along with prescription sunglasses. The transitions don't work and I have been waiting for two weeks to hear from Zenni. The prices are outstanding for the content of the product, but the quality of the ordering follow up is questionable at best. As of now it's been 7 weeks without prescription glasses. I guess it's best to order only the generic stuff.

As a very very nearsighted human, I ordered FOUR pairs of glasses from Zenni -- two for reading, and two for distance. One of the distance pairs that they sent me was made with lenses that were obviously NOT high-index -- they were twice as thick as the three other pairs I had ordered. The other distance pair was simply not the correct prescription in the left lens. The representative I talked to was nice enough, and he said to send the unsatisfactory pair back, but my refund was about $37 short. I now have a credit and will try to get two more pairs. I'm okay -- not thrilled -- with the glasses I kept. I wish Zenni had more frames specifically made for very nearsighted adults -- ones with longer temples but smaller lens heights and widths. A larger lens just makes my glasses so heavy, and also makes my eyes look horrible.

I've been a customer for many years. I ordered two pair of glasses. One of them was the photochromic lenses. They will turn a medium shade in the direct sunlight. They do not tint at all when I'm in my vehicle.
The other pair were child size or something. It didn't say that when I ordered them. I reached out and they were able to give me in-store credit and I returned the glasses and got a new pair. They did etching on the side as I ordered. But the problem was they did the edging right where the Zenni logo is and you can't read my etched message.
