I really love their lippies. I'm very satisfied with their customer service, they are quick to help you out if you have a question or issue.
Was ok now totally unsupported mess. Since there new update, I am now auto logged out of my own chat window, this is the following method in which Zendesk suggest they help... Auto bot chat, take 1-2 days, but in the meantime you get logged out in which the chat does not re-engage, so you have to start again, and its rinse repeat for days and days. When they email you again, it's a automated rubbish answer telling you to either log into the chat help again! Or log into somewhere where you don't have log in details anyway. This is the most time-wasting experience I have ever had, and can only assume this is a one-man ban organisation because trying to talk to a real person is non-existent. Total rubbish for business.

My Nexogy team consist of Tiffani & Alex both are very knowledgeable and responsive. Tiffani takes the time to understand the customers true needs while Alex takes that information and caters to the end customer specific request.
Although both have been under consistent pressure (just as all of us) during Covid-19 the Nexogy team has consistently exceeded expectations.

Zendesk has one of the cleanest and easiest to use chat for customer support. The price is very reasonable and it has greatly helped out company.
