Paid for a dress. I never got it. This is a fake site. No one responds and it's all a big lie. Should be shut down.

I ordered a couple of dresses from this site based on the size table they advertise and the dresses were both astronomically too small. I have sent numerous inquiries asking for a refund, how to start a refund, what I need to do and they have only responded one time by asking for my proof of purchase. I provided that and they have not gotten back to me on how to return the items and get a refund, despite multiple attempts to contact them.
Worst company ever.
Just know anything you buy on this site is coming from China and looks nothing like the picture shown on their website. I contacted to return and get a refund. The refused at first, but then they gave me to okay. Problem is l, I had to ship it back to China and the shipping cost was almost as much as the item. Very disappointed.
Cheap polyester hand sewn sweat shop in China. Company is a scam and will reopen with new name. They won't respond and PayPal supports this scamming company. Time to stop using PayPal too.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I agree with some of the other reviewers on this site. I wish I could leave a zero as well. I ordered a dress in early April and never received it. I asked Zeefulgal for a tracking number which they provided (a FedEx number). I looked on FedEx online and the status showed that the package was damaged, at a processing center 130 miles from my home, couldn't be delivered, and that I should contact seller for next steps. The Zeefulgal representative kept on repeating that I need to go pick up the damaged package. After about a month of corresponding, I finally tried to get a refund from the bank. Zeefulgal gave the bank a different tracking number (a China post tracking number) than the one they gave to me, and this new tracking number showed that the dress was delivered on April 12. Zeefulgal and I corresponded after April 12 and they never mentioned this other tracking number to me (which I figure they would have if it showed the dress was delivered). I can only imagine this new tracking number was somehow doctored. The bank couldn't give me a refund because Zeefulgal sent to the bank, a tracking number showing that the dress was delivered which trumped my email evidence showing the different tracking number seller relayed to me. In short, I lost $30.60. Not a significant dollar amount but it's the principle.
