I was watching channel 5 news when the owner of the Crave came on and I saw her beautiful designs. I could not help myself. Would love to buy more but right now I had a severe severe ankle break and I will have to wait a while but eventually I will be back I find it to be very unique and classic at the same time
I recently bought a jacket which I thought would fit me which didn't which ok no worries right.well however it came in a plastic cheap bag and the quality which I thought would have been high end for a 799.00 jacket was something made off amazon, to the ship it back get a restocking fee and then 2 and half weeks of me still not getting my refund with several calls into this company with them telling me 2 more days and you will get, I will never buy anything from this company again and if you buy something make sure you read the refund policy or really love it because there refund policy SUCKS!

I have placed a few orders and been pleased with everything I received. The clothes are great quality and fit great when you pay attention to the size charts. Even when I had a shipping issue, zcrave made every effort in a timely manner to fix it. It ended up being a delay on our local postal service, but zcrave was willing to step up to assist. Thanks for such great support!
Everything fits perfectly and looks exactly like it did in the pictures. Delivery was fast and cheap. I couldn't be happier with this company not only for quality but quantity as well
Environmentally sound by getting second hand, but still getting stylish wardrobe. Often found brands I like, like. Threads4Thought, Eileen Fisher, Everlane, along with more traditional stuff. Plus the prices are fair enough and affordable for the customers. Genuinely recommend them!
I don't usually buy things online as I like to try them on in the store but I found the pieces of clothes I bought very flattering and of high quality. The prices are great.
I ordered from them awhile back and had terrible experience with their shipping process/notification. I was receiving notification that orders were successfully delivered but nothing received at my shipping address (and it was showing an East Coast location). I got even more worried that even their email communication of my follow-ups suddenly stopped. I received the items more than a month. MY ADVISE - do not order around Chinese New Year because they seem to have a long non-work holiday. WHen i received the dresses, they were good "knock-offs" and I was satisfied. I recently ordered more dresses and so far, i liked what I received. Again, good knock-offs. The materials (sweater) was thick and good quality and the sequins are sewn very well (no single sequins loose). And the delivery was within the expected time of delivery (i alloted about 3 weeks because these items were coming from CHina). I am glad I gave it another chance.
So I wasn't completely sure to buy any items from here but there was something I couldn't resist to get. A few scarves for the winter trip I was going to and they arrived lovely. Customer service that I got a hold of was friendly and patient too. Start with something small and give it a try
I had a very good experience and will use this again on the future. It is easy and intuitive which is not always the case.
