All the cards were beautiful and there was a large variety to choose from. Which made it hard to decide. The red color with silver flakes caught my eyes. It looked as though diamonds were falling on beautiful red drapes. With my initial M in black, and my first name spell out in a white script against the initial. It was a short turnaround from my ordering and receiving my package. I will reorder, if needed. Extremely Happy & pleased with the end result. Love them. Thank you!,
I ordered pink pickle shoes over 3 months ago and have yet to receive them. They've been ordered once and then reordered supposedly by Zazzle twice. All I've received is lies. I'm told my shoes are still in production. Then I'm given a tracking number, which none of them actually worked. Then I'm told oh sorry for the inconvenience. Zazzle has done absolutely nothing to try to fix the problem. I've asked for my money back, but I'm expecting a fight. This is absolutely unacceptable!
Received stickers that are a stock item they offer. They were badly cropped. No offer to replace; wanted me to make changes on their graphics so they could get it right. I repeat they are a stock item.
They'll give me credit on other stuff but I wanted these stickers. I guess I'll go to a local shop and get them to run them; an inconvenience as I live in a small town that is fairly remote. I will not do business with these people again and you should think twice before you do

I love my new business cards from Zazzle. The only reason I removed a star is because I paid for expedited shipping and they were delivered a day later than I was told they would be. This caused a lot of anxiety as I needed them for an event. I know Zazzle can't control the shipping, but it's frustrating to pay more in shipping than the product, and then it still not get there on time.
Zazzle was easy to use. I ordered my invitations and received them 7 days later. They are good quality. With design editing, the screen is gray and white checkered boxes. I typed a P instead of a B and didn't notice in the editing tool. Wish it had been all white to see this easily, but I understand why it isn't for design purposes. I still love the product and realize error was my own. I guess I'll take a navy blue marker to turn Pottery Parn into Pottery Barn. At least an easy enough fix.
Great customer service! I would have liked if the badge was brighter. Looks a little dark but overall good looking! It's as expected.

Over all pretty good. There are some light spots on the invitations. But nothing to serious to have them reprinted

I ordered for the first time on zazzle.com. I'm happy with my purchase. The clock was $40 and wasn't sure what to expect, but I really like it. I seems to be good quality and I got is several days earlier than they said it would come. I haven't seen good reviews of this company, but I'm happy with what I got. I've never done a return with them.

Issue now fixed. They made good on promise. I order mugs with my artwork. I received a bunch of dirty mugs with the bottom rims looking like they are used mugs. Dirt is ground into ceramic. And, they added THEIR Zazzle logo to the bottom? What is this - they advertise on my merchandise. I complained and they said sorry, can't exchange - Logo stays and try and wash off ground in dirt. I did - it won't leave. Who wants used dirty mugs in their cupboard? Zazzle - do not buy from them. I wrote a review giving them 1 star - they only post positive reviews!

Use some other service - they don't back up products and ignore complaints.

Good product quality and pricing. The photo print was quite nice. However, even though I paid about 25 dollars for express shipping, it still took about a week to receive my order.
My fiancé and I ordered Save the Dates from Zazzle. It was our first time using them, based off some research we did. Turns out, they're amazing! We had been using Shuttterfly, an although they're good, they're so much more expensive. With Zazzle, we got BEAUTIFUL cards for an amazing price. Planning weddings are hard. But, with Zazzle, all of our stationary, invitations, and more will be beautiful and financially great. Thanks Zazzle for making this so easy.

Beautiful sunflower options.
Ordering was simple and they had the best options of all the sites we checked out. There were a few customizable features that were annoying, but it was technical stuff- like not being able to move the photo around. The overall cost and quality were great! I truly love our invitations.

I didn't quite understand why my Order was Delayed due to needing a Confirmation of Employment on "LETTERHEAD" with a statement of me acknowledging that "I am Authorized" to use my Company Credentials... A simple Disclaimer and Acknowledgment should have been sufficient, since I was using my Company Email which contains my Credentials... But whatever, I waited the extra (2) days to get the Order...
So also did a great job on the invitations.
They are lovely and just what I ordered.
My father would be very happy with him.

Designs available where what I was looking for and price reasonable
I needed 102 invitations. You guys really should have an option for 110 or at least 125. Because 100 quantity to 150 is a large jump and a huge money difference. I ended up putting in two separate orders to save myself $60.

I ordered some tissue paper with a custom image. The image did not look the way I wanted. I requested a refund late in the evening and received a refund early in the morning the next day- including shipping I would use them again for something else secure in the knowledge that I'll get my money back if it doesn't work out.
Tip for consumers:
It's worth a try. What I wanted printed on tissue paper had a lot of detail, something simpler, like a motif for a baby shower would probably be fine. The heavy tissue paper was good quality.

I ordered some Thank You notes for my bridal shower, thinking they would be like typical bi-fold cards. However, it turns out they are more like postcards, with the design on one side and blank on the back. Not a huge deal, but I was a little disappointed.

Zazzle is easy to work with and create a card with your own verse and even scripture. Love chosing the background color. Also there is such a wide variety of cards to choose from. Love It! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because shipping costs are pretty steep.
They have a much wider variety of cards than local stores do. Our church has a card ministry and I'm always looking for something that matches our church family.
I love how quickly the ID/credentials got approved and delivered. I might have created my design with RGB instead of CMYK since the print came out kind of faded, and picture and the background are a bit uncleared, but since it was an amazing deal, I shouldn't complain. Other than that I am happy with my purchase!
I originally purchased the design through Etsy and was informed by the seller that Dazzle offers to print a single ID barge.
I have been trying to order from Zazzle for the past 10 days, but they are saying all tissue paper is "out of stock" for the 2nd time in a month - and this time for over a week, yet the company that prints it for them (I see their name on my delivery packages of my Zazzle orders), says they do not have a stock issue.
Additionally, when I put in a very specific search, like "hummingbird tissue paper" - I get aprons, placemats, mouse pads... and in 8+ pages for the search results, the images repeat 3,4,5 times. I am then forced into a round about of going into my older orders, going to an image I liked, then searching the pages for that artists work to see if they have more i might like. Horribly tedious.
I am a crafter with a seasonal window for selling at shows and Zazzle is not reliable nor do they communicate well about when they might be able to fill orders.

I ordered the 45 record style invitations. The image on the site shows the record grooves but actual cards just look black. (I didn't expect texture but you can't see lines at all) I upped the paper quality but I guess should have chosen even thicker paper as these are very thin. I didn't order early enough to have them remade so I had to send them out. Not excited about them but they will do the job I suppose.
I paid for express shipping and they did arrive on time as promised.
