Ordered a blanket for my mum over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting. It was off her granddaughter to keep her warm while she was unwell and unfortunately she has now passed away so will never receive the blanket (if it ever even shows up) I cannot sign into the website to contact them. No matter how many times I reset my password, it continues to tell me my details are incorrect and therefore I can't sign in to get in touch with them
