LOL NEVER AGAIN

After a month still haven't received my order. Ended up having to call (got left with no response twice on chat) just to find out the package was sent back to warehouse for some reason. Now I'm left waiting for a refund, which need to be accepted by Zara because somehow me not getting something I ordered need their approval in order to get a REFUND? AHHHHHHSJSMAKQKQKQKWSKKDKDKDKD this is the most frustrated I've ever been with their online shopping experience since I ordered it during black Friday just to find out my stuff aren't even being shipped to me! After a month of no notice or anything and only to find out after I called them. I'm done lol just waiting on my refund if not I'm filing a dispute with my visa. Gsjsskksjfjdjdjdjdjdjddjdjkdkqkwkwlwka $#*!
