Zappos used to be my preferred store for buying shoes due to their excellent service. However, their quality of service has declined significantly. They no longer offer overnight shipping, and their overall service has deteriorated. Unfortunately, Zappos, I'm now considering other options as one of your previously loyal customers.

I called to get help with an order i placed using a digital gift card i received as a gift. After i spent days searching the site for my price range and style, i finally picked 2 pair. The sale had ended by the time i could make the purchase. So the total went over the gift card balance. When finalizing the order, my gift card was not used, and my debit card go charged the full amount.
After calling to correct the issue, i learned that instead of reversing the charge and recharging my gift card, i have to send the shoes back, wait for my refund to process, before i have to go and reorder the shoes a second time and wait for them again.
Im very irrtitated with this. Very imnconvienent and the lady on the phone was not very friendly at all.
If i didnt have a gift card. I would not be shopping with zappos.
I used to love buying from Zappos and am a VIP customer. Ordered a Xmas gift on December 11. My orders as a VIP are supposed to have one day shipping. No package 5 days later so I called. The first clueless rep had zero idea of what the issue was so asked me to call back. Excellent service. Rep this morning tells me the item is shipping in late January. How convenient for a Xmas gift. Horrible service and the lack of disclosure of a late shipping date when ordering is ridiculous. Shame on you Zappos, a former VIP customer

Don’t use it. They don’t ship right away.
This place is limited on the sizes of shoes it carries. I have a $110 allotment towards safety shoes through work, but it is useless when Zappos doesn't carry my size. I had to settle with shoes that didn't fit correctly last year, not doing it again this year.

I filled out an app and was told by C Wingfield I didn't fit in with the young people or there culture. Lol lol what a crock. And if I wanted to for the last time wait 6 months. That company thinks it's the royal family. And they quality of goods are far from it.
Referred to me by some people; however, when I go to site, I can never find exactly what I'm looking for even though I click on their ad, it's not available, not in my size, I'm referred to another item.
The only thing that is good about zappos now is the line of narrow ladies shoes they offer. Their prices are no better than brick and morter stores, and in some cases higher than other on line places.
I had been a satisfied Zappos customer for years. This changed today after my discussion / argument with a supervisor who insisted in a rude manner that I had been "educated" about a year ago that coupons are only issued once. Therefore, if I made the exchange I wished to make, I would lose half of my coupon money by ordering another model. When I mentioned that the representative who had helped me with my order five days ago had not advised me so; and that I had no recollection of being "educated" by Zappos at any point in my purchasing history; and when I asked for a record of that particular conversation as a reminder, he became quite rude and aggressive. I do not much care about coupon money from Zappos but it is the principle of the matter. I had no intention of abusing their policy, had I known in advance what it was. However, despite my three graduate degrees, including a PhD, I do not recall ever being "educated" about anything by Zappos! I intended to take this further but will not, as he was rather apologetic toward the end. However this will be the last time I will shop at Zappos.
Purchasing was an ease. Product selection is good. My only gripe with zappos is that they re-worded my review on a product to their likening. When I brought it to their attention they ignored me. BE AWARE, THEY CAN AND THEY WILL REWRITE YOUR REVIEWS TO THEIR SATISFACTION.
