Surprised to read mixed reviews here. I never had a problem and I order from them serveral times a year for about 6 to 7 years already. Have returned quite a few items over the years, always got the money refunded quickly.
Read "Zalando" (on-line)article about only selling genuine goods so I purchased a pair of Addidas Gazelle trainers.Parcel came quick but unfortunately they are FAKE/ COUNTERFEIT. I even went to a reputable store to compare them.I won't be returning them due to all bad comments on trying to get a refund.The genuine pair are on the left and darker in colour. Will never order from this company again.

Really great service, good quality and loved the items I bought, Ive bought a few items since and couldn't be happier will use zolanda regularly now love them!
