I ordered a dress from their website which was priced at more than ******* rupees. When it came i was shocked to see the quality. Cheap net and color completely different than what was shown. The dress was nothing more than ordinary and I was appalled that they did not care to even exchange the dress, let alone offer a return. Numerous messages and emails later, they promised to look into the matter but they never did. In fact they didn't even reply or offer any support after that. Do not buy from them, their quality is sub par

Price is too expensive to handle for one middle class person and when they some how buys it the quality is not the same what you expect. So many patches instead of embroidery and color is very light to began with. Spending money on her product is not worth it.
Please people don't spend money On zainab chutani.

I ordered my dress for Eid paid 60,000 last week I received it and I start cry it was totally different color it's look like very cheep they r fraud never ever order them, look picture what I ordered and what I got

I ordered couple of dresses I spend $645 and when I got package I got only 1 duppta and 2 shirts and i called them I am like I didn't get my dresses and they didn't take serious and I called my bank and despite and then soon as I did despite from my bank than I received call this fraud company zenab Chottani the guy name was tiamor he said cancel the despite we will refund you and now it's been 3 weeks they didn't give my refund back I am gonna take this big action please everyone don't order from them they r fraud company

If youre a US Buyer. I wouldnt recomend them a single bit. Alfiyah is the rudest most unprofessional person Iver ever talked to. Was told that someone would help my Fiance on skype to get her measurements for her engagement suit. They gave her the run arounds for a week and when she finally decided they have the time to take measurements, they just messaged her to take the measurements herself and send it to them. Lo and behold sizing is all messed up. On top of that they have the audacity to tell you No youre wrong. You never skyped with us?.

I have purchased from zainab chottani numerous times and I'm always very pleased with each on eof my outfits they are made as pictured and the quality is amazing I have purchased from many pakistani designer brands but zainab chottanis designs are just so beautiful and the quality is so great its a promising brand
