I was originally skeptical about buying a guitar over the internet but was pleasantly surprised with the instrument I received. The website is very informative with a lots choices and levels in instruments. I chose the ZAG 50CE and can not put the thing down. It is very easy to play. I wanted a guitar made in America by a small business and I'm glad I found Zager Guitars.

I'm an intermediate guitarist and decided to get a new guitar. Long story short, I came across Zager's website a couple of weeks ago and the Sunburst ZAD90CE was the guitar I wanted. Denny Zager builds fantastic, awesome Guitars. I've owned, and played many different brands of guitars. Most of the ones I wanted were way to expensive. That is until I came across Zager guitars. I have read, studied and dream about getting one of these guitars. I really wanted one and I finally bought one that was offered at a discount. This is by far one of the best guitars I've ever owned. I have a 1965 Martin D-18, a 1973 Taylor 618 and now an absolutely stunning Johnny Cash 800 Series Zager. It plays amazing, the craftsmanship is impeccable, and it sound ( in my opinion) better that my two iconic guitars. It sounds bright, big, warm and full... You will LOVE This instrument. If you're contemplating don't. I've been playing guitar now for over 50 years and you will not be disappointed!

I recently bought a Zager, to be honest I was a bit skeptical, and eventually decided to go ahead and give them a try, glad I did. The guitar I bought is absolutely beautiful, nicely appointed without being overbearing. The Zad 900 comes equipped with an Aura Pro electric pickup/imaging system by Fishman. The Aura system factory presets vary from a nice clean acoustic sound to what I would call a "dirty" electric, actually nice@ some times. The purchase package included a very nice custom case, high quality leather strap, 3 extra sets of strings, as well as some picks. The ZAD900CE that I have is everything I was led to believe it to be and I am more than pleased with the overall fit/feel as well as the playability of this model. The natural voice as well as sustain & clarity of this guitar is truly impressive. I would recommend this to anyone who is (on the fence) considering an upper end quality guitar.

I just received my new ZAD900E and when I opened the case I was blown away by the appearance. The craftsmanship is very apparent. I love the feel of the satin finish of the neck and how it blends in with the gloss finish of the Sitka Spruce and Indian Rosewood body. The 900 series has Curly Maple bindings that pop against the Rosewood. Equally as impressive as the looks is the sound, it is a rich deep sound. I watched videos of this model prior to purchasing and though it sounded great, but once you hear it in person it's absolutely amazing. The customer service is also very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. I wanted the ZAD900E version meaning without the cutaway so I mentioned to Dennis Jr and I got a confirmation within minutes that it wouldn't be a problem, and in fact when I placed the order he remembered our conversation let me know that he had already noted it on the order.

A comment about Guarantee and Customer Service: I had previously received the same model from Zager and it had a dent (hit) behind the neck opposite the 3rd Fret. The new one arrived within a few days and I sent the damaged one back with the delivery of the new one.

I receivedmy new left handed ZAD80CE as a Christmas gift from my wife this year. She knew I had my eyes on this guitar. It is an absolutely beatiful instument. I have not been playing for long, but the differnece in the ease of playing and the sound compared to what I had been playing is amazing. Good morning! I just received my Zager 900CE Anniversary Tobacco Sunburst. I have played in church worship since I was 9. I have some very good guitars including a 1963 Gibson SJ and a Taylor Koa. This Zager is right up there with those fine guitars. It sounds great both unplugged and through the amplifier. The action on it is very nice and sounds awesome. I know quality made guitars and I would not settle for a cheap made imitation. Great price and worth it for the quality. Thank you for a great instrument!
