I bought a ZAD900CE and right from the get go, I was blown away at the Great quality, responsive customer service and overall playability. Dennis did a great job... thank you for all your hard work!

Ordered picks, strings and humidifier and received them all about a weak ago. Sending a pick and fret board cleaning cloth in the string set is brilliant! Took the time and these tools to really clean my "50". Also tightened up my tuners then restrung. I fell in love with my Zager all over again. The strings are all you claim them to be. It sounds brilliant and new. The humidifier is just right for me due to me keeping my "50" in a rack and always accessible. I swear she gained a little weight after using the humidifier for a week. I guess she was drying out. Thanks again for this wonderful guitar and the accessories to keep her well for years to come!

I own multiple big name guitars, acoustic and electric solid body & play my Zager Guitar more than all the others!

I purchased a Zager 900 sunburst guitar - unseen and unplayed - in January 2021. Only the second time I've ever purchased a guitar this way. I was somewhat apprehensive until this guitar arrived. This is a really nice guitar! The workmanship, sunburst shading, matched bookend top and the playability of this guitar is excellent. It's a beautiful guitar. The overall sound/tone is well balanced and projects well acoustically or through an amp or sound system. This guitar fits in nicely with my D-41's and Taylors. The molded/hard-shell case included in the price is an added benefit that shouldn't be overlooked. If you're thinking about a Zager don't be shy about giving it a try.

I have a 50ce, 80 with a fishman pickup installed aftermarket, and 900ome and all three are amazing guitars. The detail work, sound, and playability are second to none. The 80 which was my first of the Zagers is still my favorite in terms of tone. The cedar top/rosewood back and sides is just a simply spectacular booming guitar. The 900ome I have holds up to my Taylor 814 I have as well, with better playability.

I can't recommend their guitars any higher, especially in a bang for your buck shootout.

The sound, playability, and overall performance of the guitar held up during full band practice quite admirably. Most of the issues had to deal with me getting used to the body size, strap height, and tone education of the Fishman.

These folks are great. They respond to questions quickly, were very helpful with choosing a guitar.
The Zad 80 Om is a beautiful guitar and the sound is rich. Everything you hear about playability and set-up is true.
If you are considering it, just buy one, you won't regret it!

I cannot say enough about Zager Guitar service and the guitar itself. OMG! I am awaken again and inspired to write new songs. I first viewed their video on comparing the different guitar models. I initially chose the ZAD80CE OM Acoustic Electric with Fishman Aura pickup built in. After using it for about 30 days I found I wasn't very happy with the feel or the sound. I contacted Zager and with no push back from them they sent me the ZAD80CE (body is wider). The sound was better but it just wasn't working for me. I let Zager know and Dennis Zager JR. Told me they always want the customer to be happy with their selection and sent me the next model up at no charge. When I got the new guitar and played it I fell in love! I cannot say enough about the service provided. They even covered all shipping of three guitars and returns for two guitars. You cannot ask for more than that. I emphatically recommend you take a serious look at Zager before paying more than you need at a guitar chain.

Had a friend that is a professional musician tell me about this guitar. So it has been said, I am a beginner. I had a Keith Urban package that I had purchased a few years ago, and because it was no fun and difficult to play, I just never pushed myself. Well, seeing a video from Dennis about don't think it is ok to use a "Beginner" guitar. I started with the ZAD50CE. I enjoy playing it, use the Zager method as part of my training. Because I spend a lot of time at the office, I wanted the ability to practice there too. So, I am now the Proud owner of the ZAD20 as well. And someday, I will own a 900 as well. Thanks Dennis for your commitment to excellence and willingness to share your knowledge.

Mr Zager, and everyone at Zager Guitars have made me a very happy man. My ZAD50CE arrived today and I absolutely love it! I last played almost 40 years ago and I'm really excited to play this beautiful instrument. I'm getting back on the horse and this is exactly what I was looking forward to re-learning on. I just received my new 2019 ZAD-80CE AURA Black guitar. It is beautiful and I love the sound. It is my second 80CE. Purchased the first one in the early 2000's and still looks great and sounds sweet. Product: The guitar came packaged very well. The case is excellent and lockable. Perfect fit for the guitar. The inbuilt humidity sensor is excellent. The case contained the guitar, certificate of authenticity, hand signed by Mr. Dennis Zager. The guitar itself is beautifully crafted with an excellent sound quality and amazing looks. The light cedar tone wood looks beautiful with the inlay pieces. The dark rosewood back and sides with the stripe down the back is beautiful. The wood grain is tastefully oriented. The Grover tuners are excellent. Dennis Zager's signature on the back is awesome. To top it all off is the lifetime warranty, which is excellent for a wonderfully crafted lifetime instrument like this.

The pick guard does not come installed but is in the case. The Zager website contains detailed video instructions on how to install the pick guard. Also the guitar comes with scratch resistant coating. It came with one carbon fiber pick on the tuner. Be careful when pulling the pick out from the tuning post so as to not pull the strings out (which happened to me).

My experience buying a guitar from Zager Guitars was excellent. Denny was super responsive and helpful. The guitar I ordered is exceptional. It looks great, and more importantly it sounds great! It gets a lot of attention from those that hear it. I would highly recommend.
