My experience with Zaful has been really good! Every summer I order some bikinis from their website and most of them arrive within 2 weeks! I have had a couple of situations where I have ordered swimsuits that ended up being unavailable but the Zaful customer service team was very quick to solve the issue and always offered me an alternative that would make me happy. On another note... the swimsuits are excellent quality for their price!

So this was my first ever direct online shopping experience and it was totally worth it.
I ordered 4 swimsuits along with 6 strappy crop tops; they were true to size, quality was perfect and VERY affordable. I totally enjoyed my experience and have been recommending my friends ever since. My order was shipped out in two separate packages but both were received at the same time and I was continuously updated on their where about via the shipping company. Oh and btw I am a customer from Jamaica.

I always wanted to try out Zaful, and thankfully I had the pleasure to do that last year. The bikinis are really good quality and the clothing selection is good too.

I've ordered from zaful on four different occasions. I ordered bikinis, dresses, beach shorts, rompers and they were all GREAT quality and I only had one issue with the bottom piece of a bikini being too small... other than that, the service was great.
I did have to wait a while for some items in my first order.
I got all my other orders within two weeks (to miami)
I will continue to order from zaful and recommend the brand to friends

I like Zaful.com! I bought a few things and received a lot of compliments! I love the fact that the prices are really low, which means that I can buy more clothes thani in a normal shop, with the same amount of money. Of course clothes' quality is not always the best, otherwise they couldn't be so cheap, but I've been really surprised by some of my purchases, they were great!

I am satisfied with all of my purchases. They have a lot of cute and affordable clothes. I am definitely going to order more in the future!

Fiz minha compra na zaful em 23/03/2020, número do pedido UB**************, duas jaquetas e uma gargantilha. Até aí tudo bem, deu tudo certo no pedido e no pagamento, sendo que até rolou um cashback. O problema foi o rastreamento. Meu pedido veio para o Brasil apenas 4/05, e por eu ver as informações apenas pelo lado brasileiro, não tava entendendo nada, até ver as infos da China. Meu pedido havia retornado do aeroporto chinês para a aduana duas vezes. E nesse meio tempo eu mandei muitas mensagens pra zaful pelo facebook, algumas bem desaforadas inclusive - peço perdão. E o incrível é que eles foram MUITO solícitos, sempre buscando me ajudar e me acalmar. Enfim, meus pedidos chegaram no Brasil 03/06, e chegando em minhas mãos dia 10. Tudo veio conforme eu pedi, exceto que as jaquetas vieram mais curtas que eu pedi e sem bolsos, o que me desagrada, mas elas são bem quentinhas e lindas, que era meu principal objetivo ao comprá-las. Obrigada zaful pela eterna paciência.

Zaful has a wide variety of clothes and swimsuits. You really need to do your research on the reviews for sizing and how the clothes will actually look, but the reviews are very helpful for sizing. I've ordered some clothes that were the wrong size or not as I expected them to look but the customer service department has been very helpful with all my orders. They have either offered to send me new products or refund my account, and has told me to donate the products that did not fit. I look forward to ordering from Zaful again.

I purchased around 7 things, and although my package was divided in 2 without my consentment, i was happy when both packages arrived because they were all things i wanted, and i had waited for the second package so anxiously. The contact center is very efficient. They have answered me within the 24 hours always.

Zaful is great! Often, it is important you look at the reviews before you buy any item; however that is a precaution you must take with any online shopping website. They are very helpful in terms of customer service, and some of the clothes I have bought from Zaful have lasted long, so far two years even (after many washes). I think it is a great idea to shop from this place, they have a vast range of styles for both men and women!

I saw about the same success with this purchase as my 2-piece outfit purchases a few months ago. Ordered everything in a large, might have to size up in suits, but everything was so worth the price and great material!

I've heard a lot about the swimwear before actually ordering, but from my experience, the dresses are really great. Some of the items are definitely not quality materials, but overall the outfits do genuinely look like the pictures and prices are quite fair if you catch the sales. The shipping is not bad either. Majority of my shipments usually arrive before 2 weeks time. I would compare the online shopping to being very similar to shopping on forever2ne1.

I ordered from zaful not to long ago. It took like 3 weeks but they did tell me their shipping was delayed. I ordered a halter top and lingerie and for the price I was really pleased. They both fit really well except one part of the lingerie it was a little long. It was the part that goes up your back to tie around the front. I will definitely order from there again. I'm a 34b and 120 lbs and I got a small. I would check comments just to make sure bit it's pretty true to size.

I ordered a few bikinis from Zaful and they're all super cute! They're good quality and very affordable for styles that are popular. One thing I would recommend is sizing up in some of the bikini bottoms. I thought shipping was going to take a while but it was actually pretty quick! I'm definitely going to be ordering more things from the website.

I ordered several different swimsuits from the Zaful App, and I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the quality of the items were, considering how affordable they were, I'll admit I was worried, but I was extremely impressed to say the least! My only concern was that the sizing was slightly off, but other than that they were amazing, I ordered 2 bikinis, 2 one piece swimsuits and a separate bikini tops, everything was amazing!

I was a bit skeptical at first considering their prices but after making my first order I just couldn't stop. Quality is good and I usually get my items within 3 weeks. I once had an issue with my order and contacted them through facebook chat and they resolved it within minutes.

The dresses were exactly like in the pictures and the same sizes described. The material is really nice to the touch and were ideal for a day out at the beach or to wear during warm weather.

Zaful is a great shopping experience if you're looking for low cost chic styles that won't break your wallet. The quality is great for the price and the selection is wide. The site offers new member discounts as well as student discounts; which adds to the great benefits. The staff is friendly and will help you with any issue. If there ever is a problem with your order they will do everything so that it gets resolved and you are satisfied. I've had a great experience shopping at Zaful and I plan on shopping again.

I have always been very satisfied with Zaful. Their shipping is good, their service is amazing and their clothes are always great. They are not always the best quality to be honest, but they are cheap and they are pretty amazing. I have never had problems returning clothing that I did not like with them. They have a vast choice of clothing and you WILL find something for yourself.

Zaful is a really great site in terms of quality for the amount of money you are paying. Upon needing to deal with customer service in the past for returns i must say my favorite part of the company is the very admirable customer service that do not make it an unwanted experience. Overall, would totally recommend to a friend.

The clothing is very cheap, and even the clothes aren't cheap are subject to go on sale. I will admit that although some of the fabric used is obviously cheap, nobody else could tell. I can't speak for the other available clothing items as I've only gotten a necklace and few shirts-- but I'm sure they're just as good. Overall, with all of its coupons, in-store cash, and constant sales, I plan to continue using Zaful throughout the foreseeable future.

I had always seen ads for Zaful on Instagram and etc. and the clothing looked so nice, so I decided to buy a dress that was realllly advertised. It was a sunflower dress with buttons going down. When I went on the website, it wasn't too expensive but I noticed the prices wavered throughout the days. No huge changes though. The dress was very cute on the site so, I bought it! It took about a month to come in which I expected since it was most likely coming from far away and I paid for standard shipping. (MAKE SURE TO GET SHIPPING INSURANCE!) The dress itself was very cute. It looked just like the pictures. However, my only concern was the fit. It fit a bit strangely around the armpit area and I had to hem it since it was too long ( i am quite short). Overall, Zaful is good to buy cheap clothes for semi-decent quality. I have heard that it is quite hit-or-miss which I can agree on so, MAKE SURE YOU ONLY BUY THE ITEM IF IT HAS SEVERAL REVIEWS AND REVIEW PICS!

I've bought either bikinis and sweaters and I'm very very happy with both of them, especially the bikinis. Their quality is incredible and I wasn't expecting it for such a low price. The sweaters aren't itchy at all but the one size fits all, doesn't fit me perfectly so that's the only downside!
