I'm very satisfied with the products, especially the eye cream. I m satisfied with all the products that I bought from this brand unfortunately this year I couldn't find the Hydra vegetal Cleansing Gel it was a really good washing gel for my Oily skin with acne. I'm a big fan of Comme Un evidence Perfume too. This light warm vernal odor gives me a really tranquil sense. Customer service is responsible too. When I didn't receive my package they followed up and refunded my money, I always buy with confidence from this green brand thank you

I have a very sensitive skin. And when I walked into the store, I was very impressed with the service I received. The products recommended to me have proved effective. Definitely deserves a 5 star

For several years I have been using products of this French brand, especially I love to buy different new products and of course have some of them which are completely my must-have. When buying some products shop assistant always give various testers and you can try some of them and understand whether it is suitable for you or not. I really love their shampoos, mostly all of them are good for my hair and make my hair more volume and smooth. Shower gels are my continuous love, all of them have so nice fragrances that it stays for hours on your skin after showering, but at the same time, the aromas are not annoying ones.

I have used Yves Rocher products since their introduction to the US in the late 1980's and will continue to buy from them as long as they are available for purchase here in Noth America.
I have always adored their magnificent fragrances in their highly collectible bottles and have found most of their skin and makeup formulations to be the equal to if not better than their US drug store and even department store competitors.
Their fantastic shower gel varieties are my daily go to brand, and despite living for 12 + years in the harshest and driest region of the US (i. E., mountainous Colorado), my skin is almost always soft and supple, and I rarely have to rely on daily body lotions as most Rocky Mountain residents must.
I have had few if any issues with their customer service over 30+ years of ordering by mail, phone and through the internet. My orders have arrived, promptly and wholly intact with no damage or missing items.
The prices are quite reasonable for French made cosmetics that often end up being true bargains during seasonal clearance sales.
YR offers great monthly sales and very nice exclusive free gifts, such as bags, jewelry sets, scarves, robes, mugs, throws, and other household, and personal items. The offers as well as GWPs vary between mail order and internet promotions. (Depending on pricing and incentives, I sometimes purchase from both, one or neither.)
Among my own favorite scents are the vintage Clea, Venice, and Vie Privee as well as the recently discontinued Collection Secrets D'essences line.
I have long treasured their beautiful palette compacts which they sadly seem to no longer sell in North America, I would assume, due to lower demand.
As for vintage Bath products, I miss les Jardins du Monde selections. As for Cosmetics, the vintage Clea and Vie Privee makeup eyeshadows, nail polishes, liquid foundations etc. were elegantly presented and luxuriously formulated and therefore are long lamented.
The present lines are more in keeping with the current green movement of recyclable and minimalistic beauty products. So more practical and less wasteful packaging has been implemented but this does not affect the overall quality, which in my opinion, still remains high and hard to beat.

Used to order from this brand some years back in Ukraine. Recently was looking for a good and decent price spf ( particularly face spf for every day use) and stumbled across Yves Rocher one with a good deal (face 1oz +body 6oz for $30, both mineral). Decided to order, but after checking all this reviews about terrible customer service I was scared. I really wanted this product, so took a risk. Delivery took normal time as they say (4 days to pack and ship (it was over the weekend) and around 4 to arrive). So basically i ordered on 13th and got it on 21st. All arrived well, not damaged, closed bottles, all presents and samples.
I know they have good quality products, and i do like the spf, especially the one for face, exactly what i was looking for (lightweight as for mineral spf and has a bit of tint, not as make up but just not to leave white cast, and also mattifying. No perfume, i can be sensitive to smells.)
So hopefully it wasn't me who was lucky, but they actually did improve their service :)

They have very good body lotions and hand creams. I like the prices as well as teh quality of the products I buy.

Still goung strong. I love the products as they keep their promises and truly deliver results. Products are eco-friendly and botanical.

I used a body lotion callled "The Dore Golden Tea". It smells good, the texture is light, and it is very nourishing. I usually use it after taking shower in the evening and the effect is great till the next evening.

After years of problems with most cosmetics, such as rashes, redness, etc. I tried Yves Rocher and have been a pleased customer the many years since. My skin is pretty nice for my age. I especially like the Rich Creme products, Anti-Age day cream, Serum Vegetal V Shaping day cream and the Volumizing Shampoo. Moisterizing creams are less expensive, if you catch sales, than comparable creams by other companies.
On the negative side, for me, in recent years they have added some ingredients to their products, such as aloe, which don't work for me, and they've begun to test some products on animals.

I'm puzzled by the reviews below and felt that I needed to stand up for the brand and share my true experience in Mississauga, Canada. I'm usually not a fan of facial foundation simply because I don't like to look painted and artificial. But I recently discovered Yves Rocher and got their sponge based foundation (their new addition) and I can't stop peeking at myself in the mirror every now and then. I've tried other brands like Mac, Estelle Lauder which are very good brands but nothing beats Yves Rocher in the way the foundation settles on the face and it's lasting effects. Even after 9 hours of applying the foundation, my face still looks radiant and fresh in the evening. After 2 weeks of wearing it, I got one for my daughter and an extra for myself since they have a 50% sale going on. Another product is their acne cleanser-toner-moisturiser combo. My daughter has a lot of acne and scars and in 2 weeks, this product had rid her forehead by 70-80% of the acne and scars. All I can say that I just love their products and their customer service is excellent.

I am 7 years customer and very happy about product and service. Last my parcel had arrived damaged and some items were missing, but yves rosher kindly resend me everything again. I am 100% trust them! Thank you very much for doing such a great job!

I have used this companies products for over 35 years and have never had a failure. I encourage anyone with sensitive skin to give than a try.

I bought the Yves Rocher product 3 year ago. I got many gift from them. I really love them, it's so nice and good quality.
Customer service Yves Rocher's very polite.
But I have to complain about the packing product. It's not carefully.

Every time i order i get to choose multiple free gifts with my order and usually they send out coupons for free shipping or maybe even a certain amount off the purchase and free shipping!

I cant get their items here in the US since there isn't a store but its worth the wait for shipping time everything i have purchased has been excellent quality

This company is a beauty, all-natural health conscious site based in France, I've been using them for many many years, and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The orders are always right, the shipping time is always accurate, I've never experienced any damages in their shipments. And although they can be a little pricey their product is well worth it. And they always have free items they send you for trying out their product that are of good quality, for example, I've gotten beautiful scarf sets, warm throws, purses etc. They give you several options for paying your order and they still honor the trust-system, by letting you try your order before you have to pay, luckily I can't give you any information on how they handle returns due to I've never had to return anything I've ordered from there (which is a great thing). I can't say enough about this site,! Very impressive company!

The website looks pretty good but it seems like the software doesn't effectively account for the quantity of available products. It may seem like a small thing but can be annoying especially during the season of gift giving. I ordered Cacao and Orange gift set among other things to send to my daughter as a Christmas gift. After about a week, I received a shipment notice that didn't include the item. I called the customer service. While I was on hold I heard this item being advertised multiple times. When I got a chance to speak to a customer service representative, I got the answer, "It was a limited edition, we ran out of it and excluded it from your order". I asked why Yves Rocher's website had allowed me to place the order on the first place. The answer was, "It was computer who did it, not a human being or anybody in the company". This ranks right up there with the all-time classic, "My dog ate my homework."

I asked why they (or computer or website?) changed my order without consulting me and of course didn't get a clear response. I am not sure if it is a website issue or a human issue but the Christmas gift is ruined. At he same time they widely advertise "stress free holiday shopping from convenience of your home".

This is an excellent site! I love their soaps, skin care, and makeup. They have articles with beauty tips and advice. I love any site that gives more info on how to best use their products. I have ordered from this site twice, and I havent been disappointed.

I love that this company used plant based, natural ingredients, is eco friendly and gives free gifts to there customers. I've been ordering from Yves Rocher (Canada & US) website & catalogs for years, there one of my favorite places to buy bath products. I've ordered Facial Masks, Exfoliators, Lotions, Hand Soaps, Skin Tightening products, Foot/Hand/Nail care, Body Washes, Lipstick, Eyeliners and more. My favorites are "Les Jardins De Monde" Bodywash in Brazilian Watermelon, Florida Grapefruit, Florida Orange, Africa Shea Butter & Provence Lavandin (Lavender) they work & smell amazing! Love there hand soaps, my fave was (Red Pepper and Tomato Basil, sold out) I can't wait for them to bring them back again. There Apricot Fruity Scrub, Peel Off Mask and Clay Pore Clearing Mask, work great and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I love there Waterproof Eye Pencils in Turquoise & Violet, bright, amazing color, lasts all day, great for summer. SOS After-Sun Cooling Gel is wonderful after a day in the sun, soothing and smells great. I also love to get there 15pc Samplex with French purfumes, lotions, makeup and face stuff, I love them for myself or to add in gifts or cards for friends & family :)
