I've been a customer for almost 40 years. What keeps me coming back? High-quality products at decent prices, free products with my orders, a wide variety of items, easy ordering, quick shipping, fantastic customer service. They use organic, natural products they grow, to make a smaller environmental impact. They have a firm commitment to reducing packaging and offering recycleable containers and refillable jars. Bottom line: they are a great company, with products that really work.
This is one company that doesn't care about customers. My orders came after 13 days (long wait) and one of the products was received in a damaged container, simply because of poor packaging. Several bottled products were dumped in a big box without cushioning. Called customer service helpline many times the whole day until finaly someone answered. I was promised to receive a replacement for the damaged goods. I followed up with them via email but all I received were several blank messages. What a way to treat customers.

I placed my second order with Yves Rocher on April 2nd. They claim that it went out via FedEx ground on April 3rd. Last update indicates that it has been in PA location since April 9th and no other info is available. I tried calling Yves customer service and got on line this obnoxious customer service op - Manny who basically told me I am out of luck (recorded conversation) and that I have to wait 21 business days before they can issue me a credit. He did zero to help me, when I asked for a supervisor he told me that they don't pick up calls from customers ( wow, great customer service model). One of the worst online purchasing experiences ever. I don't think I can trust this company with giving them my business
Pure scam. I made an order, paid it and never received it. Customer service do not answer my email since weeks. The order itself at all disappeared from my profile. Of course without any notification. The payment was not refunded as well.

Placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. Still no order and no tracking number. NOBODY answers the phone or the e-mails. Disgusting ignorance of the customer. Will NEVER order with Yves Rocher again. If my order does not arrive in a few days, I am reporting this company to BBB for FRAUD.
I was taking advantage of YR 2 for 1 sale. I selected the first product and clicked on list of "FREE" products for my second product. However, no where did it state that your second product is free only if it's less than your first product. You get charged the higher priced item. So you could purchase a lip balm for $4 and BB Cream for $35 and you get charged $35 and get the lip balm for free. What a deal!
My order was shipped very quickly, but no 'free gift with any purchase' and no free samples.
I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for over 35 years when it had great products, unique free gifts and superb customer service. Sadly, I have experienced a rapid decline of a great company. I predict that Yves Rocher will be folding in next few years.

I've been Yves Rocher's customer for 30 years spending at this point thousands of dollars on their products, I cannot believe how badly I've been recently treated by its customer service. When my most recent order-package got missing, which was clear from the Fedex tracking, rather than apologizing for it and resending my order, the customer service told me look for it myself at a local post office and wait (nor sure for what) until it miraculously might appear. They are unprofessional and rude. They've just lost me as a customer.
This company is headed toward extinction if they keep up with their poor Customer Service plus the decline of their product. I'm not shopping there again. If I could have rated them -, I would have.

Find another site. The quality is very poor. Customer service is the worst I've experienced on line.

I was living in Italy (Torino) and was a regular Yves Rocher customer. I now reside in the United States and to my great disappointment find out that the same products I was purchasing in Italy cost significantly more in the States. Why? For example: Serum Vegetal Rides & Fermete: 15.95 euros in Italy. Same product in the State: 59 U$ ( Currency is 1 euro = 1.09 U$) --- Outrageous. Very disappointed. -- and the company has the audacity of advertising "free shipping"? Shame on YOU! ---
All of their products irritates my skin. Customer service doesn't stand about their products. They don't care if you end up as a clown.
I left an honest review on their website for a product that gave me a very bad allergic reaction but they didn't approve it. They didn't even care about my allergic reaction to the product or giving me a refund.

I have used the repair hair oil on a washed wet hair, as it was written in the instructions for use that you can use the product like that. After drying my hair it was looking awefully oily and disgusting like unwashed for weeks. I had to wash my hair again to clear up thay oily look.
Totally disappointed.
Please use your products first before writing instructions of use as you will find out you cannot use this product on a washed hair.
In the 90's it was easier to order via catalog than it is online in 2020! It's truly unbelievable how bad their customer service is, and you can bet the CS people are in India. Not a single person I spoke to was in the USA or Europe. They could do very little to help, and their attitude is the worst! My order finally arrived after two weeks, but it was packaged so sloppy. Everything just flying around in the box. This will be my last YR order. Products have also gone down in quality. They cheapened out to make a buck. Oh, and they charge your card immediately and don't ship for weeks. That irked me too. All the reps had a hard time finding my order in their system, and they have this archaic "customer number" situation. They all claimed that my order had not been processed, but the transaction sure had been! It's a shame what has happened to Yves Rocher. Don't expect help via their Facebook page. They will never PM you back. I forgot something else... their phone wait time is over 30 minutes, and after 10 there will be loud static on the line that will make you want to hang up. I'm sure that's their way of getting people off the line.
Woman hung up on me over the phone! This has NEVER, EVER happened to me with any other retail companies that I can remember of! There are plenty of other French companies that have a great customer service, and fantastic products, starting with L'Oréal! Hopefully, L'Occitane customer service is better than that. Actually, I do not think it can be any worse... lol

I made my first order and after 2 weeks product didn't arrived, I called customer service they told me since the order was made online they cannot do any changes, I also ask them when I will get it and they told me they don't know since FedEx has the package, so I will rate my experience with 0 star since they are helpless and I will not order from this mediocre company again.
I ordered a set of three Magical Shea Kit and it came in a damaged box, two of three tubes HALF FULL and smell rancid!
This order concludes my 16 plus years of the membership with this company! They used to be awesome but are getting worse and worse and now their service and shipping are just unacceptable!

My orders never got delivered. I tried reaching the company many times via email and telephone there was no response. Its a total scam! Beware!
Very rude customer service agents. One yelled at me and hung up on me. I placed an order on June 06,2019 in anticipation of father's day. I called to check on the status of my order and customer service agent yelled at me and hung up on me after I told her not to be rude. Deleted my account and cancelled my order. There are too many choices out there to be disrespected. Yves Rocher now is not the same as I knew it over 20 years ago. I guess I was holding on to memories of days past.
Their soap products used to at least smell wonderful. I would invest in some every Christmas. But in the past three years or so, even the soap doesn't have any scent and the face cream is horrible, no better than regular cold cream. Customer service will not answer the phone, online ordering is MORE expensive than the mailer, and I will not do business with this company again.
As a customer for decades. I was saddened at how customers were treated.my Nov2 2022 order arrived with 3 products damaged, causing hand cream and conditioner to cover every item in the paxkage(there were gifts for xmas in thus order,) after repeated attempts to get this corrected, I gave up sent a letter telling them why I was don'e with them and a check for the entire purchase of 72. A couple weeks later I received a letter and new bill subtracting the 3 broken products from the amount. Oh well I thought, doesn't matter I'm done. In Feb 2023 I received a letter with a bill again for $72. After calling my bank check never cleared.again I sent a check. Again explaining how disappointed I was and to remove me from customer list. April 12 2023 I received a letter stating they issued a 72 credit to me and it had to be used before a year. I thought about it, a week later I received a catalog, instead of the recycling box I looked and thought well they do actually owe me 3 products. Ok, but as of now I don't feel.better about them. Yesterday I went to my ATM and discovered less of a balance than should have been.after calling the bank I learned why. They cashed the check of December they said they never received. So instead of returning my 72, they issue me a time sensitive credit! I'll be on the phone Monday. I DEMAND MY MONEY BE RETURNED.WOW what happened to this company they're horrible!
Please, do NOT buy anything from Yves Roche! They played a crucial role in the arrest of Russian opposition leader and anti-corruption fighter Alexei Navalny, followed by massive protests and brutal arrests of thousands of people in all major Russian cities. While most of the world had condemned these actions, Yves Roche declared to be "apolitical", referring to the decision of Russian courts and somehow "forgetting" that European Court found Navalny not guilty! Why? May be they are worried about their profit from Russian market? Please, stand up for Justice not for their profit!
Ordered products on Dec 16. Today, January 6th- Never got the order. I couldn't track it because I had 8 digit invoice but website asks for 9 digit. Called multiple times the company and waited on the line listening to music for 10-15 min at a time. No one answered. Finally I got through today. The agent said my ordered was placed on hold because it didn't reach minimum of $50 (it was $48.56 after $10 discount). I was fuming as I didn't receive ANY information about anything. Then he said he can release if I buy something to make $50. What kind of crap is that? French... I added extra deodorant. And he obviously had problem doing that, I heard him pressing on keyboard... and then I hear "hello? Hello... Hello?" I said "I am here. I can hear you"... Hello? Hello and click... disconnected! Great acting job on top of it. This business is messed up and doesn't live up to any expectation. I am staying away to save myself aggravation. Everything is now on sale! And his answer should be... let me take care of it right away and make sure you get it priority. They are cheap and sneaky! What a rip off!
I grew up in Belgium and have used Yves Rochers products for 25 years. When I've moved to the US, I would order from the Canadian catalogue and was satisfied with the products and pricing. Now, however, I am looking at the monoï oil online and the Belgian site has it on sale for 9.95, when the french website has it at 7.50... and yes this product can always be found on sale. But the US and Canadian website now have it for $25. Really? Monoï at at 25 bucks. Had this been tried on the European, they would stop buying from Yves Rochers. Thanks for screwing us, long time customers. You've just lost one for life.
The company and customer service is HORRIBLE! I attempted to place an order online, but the DID NOT PROCESS; however, my account was still charged. When I contacted them I spoke with 2 different individuals whose information of resolve this issue was helpful or on the same accord. I was told it would need to go to the finance department by one and to contact customer service via email by the other. What is the point of calling the contact number. This company is horrible and I will NEVER ORDER from them again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
